16px;'>凌晨5点30分，毛某在急诊室门口对着陈某一阵“逼问”。陈某不停地平复着毛某情绪。几分钟后，毛某渐渐缓和下来，陈某便将毛某背起朝自己的汽车走去。</span></p><p><span style='font-size: 16px;'>陈某打开车门暂时将毛某放在驾驶座上，自己则坐在副驾驶准备与毛某好好谈一下。令陈某万万没想到的是，毛某竟采用无钥匙启动方式启动车辆，准备将车开出去！毛某先是倒车撞上了车后的墙，还没等陈某回过神来，又挂上前进挡冲了出去，却在打方向时被旁边的汽车“阻挡”。</span></p><p><span style='font-size: 16px;'>陈某急忙上前准备夺下方向盘，此时，停车场的保安也闻讯赶来制止。而酒精“上头”的毛某哪管得了这么多，</span><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'><strong>猛踩一脚油门，这才有了本文开头连撞数辆汽车和行人道闸那一幕。</strong></span></p><p><span style='font-size: 16px;'>随后，毛某在现场接受酒精呼吸测试，结果为241mg/100ml，随即被带至医院提取血样。经鉴定，毛某静脉血液中乙醇含量为204mg/100ml，达到醉酒驾驶标准。<br></span></p><p><span style='font-size: 16px;'>犯罪嫌疑人毛某醉酒驾驶并导致交通事故发生，</span><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'><strong>事故共造成七辆机动车、某医院行人通道道间设施（行人道闸）受损。</strong></span><span style='font-size: 16px;'>经调查后认定，毛某负事故的全部责任。该事故造成的损害已由毛某家属作出了赔偿。</span></p><p><span style='font-size: 16px;'>因跳车导致左内踝骨折，左胫骨远端撕脱性骨折，医院建议手术治疗，毛某现被取保候审在居住地。</span></p><p><span style='font-size: 16px;'>近日，公安机关对犯罪嫌疑人毛某以涉嫌危险驾驶罪向拱墅区检察院移送审查起诉，目前案件正在进一步审查中。</span></p><p style='text-align:
