letter-spacing: 0.544px;">成都的宁先生和几位同事感觉胃里翻江倒海，恶心想吐，因为在几个小时前，在他们点的火锅外卖里，惊现一条形状酷似毛肚的抹布，“吃到一半才发现”，他说有同事当场呕吐，直到现在还犯恶心。</span></p><p style="text-align: center; margin-bottom: 24px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span class="wxart_image" wx-style="display:inline-block;outline: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;vertical-align: middle;border-style: none;display: initial;visibility: visible !important;width: 677px !important;"></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 24px;line-height: 1.75em;text-align: center;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(255, 255, 255);background-color: rgb(0, 122, 170);">外卖火锅里“毛肚”竟是抹布</span></strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 24px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">宁先生说，由于12月28日公司全员加班，因此下午6点左右，他和同事6人便花了213元点了烧火铺·即享火锅（银泰城店）两份双人餐。他们点的是牛油锅，餐是密封包装的，送来以后他们就立即打开了包装，“但明显看到有一份汤的颜色不太一样，更浑浊。”宁先生当时还问同事“是不是点的番茄锅？”，在得到同事的否定回答“都是一样的套餐后”，他们便开始吃了起来。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 24px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">随后，宁先生在“里面发现一块巨大的毛肚。”他当时夹起来还说“（毛肚）这么大，商家这么实在吗？”当他准备用剪刀将这块巨大的毛肚剪开时，有同事才发现“毛肚”上有纤维，最后才确认这块所谓的“毛肚”是一块抹布。红星新闻记者看到，由于抹布被火锅油浸泡过，已变成灰褐色，如不仔细看，的确难以辨别它是抹布还是毛肚。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 24px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">宁先生形容，当即他们6人就像吃了苍蝇一般恶心，“呕的呕，吐的吐。”他们一直漱口、喝水，也无法减轻心理上的恶心感。</span></p><p style="text-align: center; text-align: center;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(255, 255, 255);background-color: rgb(0, 122, 170);"><br></span></strong></section><p style="margin-bottom: 24px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">记者在成都烧火铺餐饮管理有限公司官网查询到，烧火铺是一家发展线上外卖火锅连锁加盟的餐饮管理企业，在两年发展中，已在成都及全国拥有50多家门店，其中成都就有20多家。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 24px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">当晚，记者也联系上外卖商家负责人刘先生。他告诉记者，这件事的确是员工的问题，他们是单锅现煮火锅，在出锅时由于锅没有把手“很烫”，员工就拿毛巾包着倒进餐盒，“可能倒的时候就把毛巾遗漏到锅里去了，下一锅煮的时候就煮进了锅里。”</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 24px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">刘先生说，既然事情已经发生了，他只能尽量去挽救，在电话中他也向顾客表示歉意，他说开店4年还是第一次遇到这种情况，由于他们是加盟店，事后他也向总店反映了该问题，“总店给我们的处理意见是让我们把员工开除掉，然后对顾客进行赔偿。”对于如何赔偿，刘先生表示，“公司让我们三倍赔偿，然后把单给退掉。”电话最后，他表示会再次联系顾客沟通处理。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 24px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">当晚9时30分左右，宁先生表示已接到刘店长的电话，对方表示总店会对他们店进行处罚，并将涉事员工开除，还会登门致歉并予以他商品总额3倍的赔偿。但宁先生说，他不同意登门致歉，因为这可能会激化矛盾，“规则内赔偿我们能接受，因为这是我们应该得的。”但让宁先生及同事介怀的是，该店在事发后没有第一时间给顾客人文关怀，“询问我们需不需要去医院”，而是直接问“怎么处理？”这样解决问题的方式和态度让他们有些难以接受。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 24px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">宁先生表示，鉴于商家的这种态度，他之后只接受品牌方和平台方的联系，并要求相关部门介入处理。<br></span></p><section style="text-align: right;
