渭南市不动产交易“一件事一次办”平台正式上线

line-height: 1.8; font-size: 18px; text-indent: 2em;">据介绍，我市不动产交易“一件事一次办”改革是市委、市政府统一安排部署，各部门联动配合，在深入推进政务服务“一网、一门、一次”改革和“互联网＋政务服务”的基础上，进一步加大改革创新力度，涉及不动产交易的自然资源规划局、住房和城乡建设局、税务局、电力公司、自来水公司、天然气公司等7个部门12个“单项事”，整合为企业和群众视角的“二手房转移登记及水电气（暖）联动过户、涉企不动产登记、新建商品房交房即交证”3个“一件事”，实行线上线下集成化办理。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
