border-box;'>其中一位黄女士“阳了”8天以后来艾格眼科就诊时，右眼视力仅剩0.08（几近失明），左眼0.3，内心非常恐慌</strong></span>。张祺主任结合黄女士的oct、血流oct等眼底检查报告，发病症状，病毒感染后的发热史等，确诊黄女士患的是急性黄斑神经视网膜病变。</p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;'><br border-box;'>“急性黄斑神经视网膜病变临床较为罕见，其眼底病变不明显，为该病的诊断造成难度，容易造成漏诊或与视神经疾病混淆，这个病，早期正确诊断是关键，药物治疗为主，个体化对症治疗，还是有很大希望挽救患者的视力。经过对症治疗，这5个患者都在慢慢好转，4周左右有望提高视力。武汉艾格眼科医院眼底病科专家张祺主任提醒，<span style='color: rgb(143, 0,
