font-size: 15px; text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='color: #000000;font-family: 宋体, SimSun;font-size: 17px;'>一要选择有资质的正规培训机构。</span></strong><span style='color: #000000;font-family: 宋体, SimSun;font-size: 17px;'>正规校外培训机构须持有《民办学校办学许可证》《工商营业执照》或《民办非企业单位登记证书》等证照，并张贴在培训场所醒目位置，且按照办学许可证审批的培训项目来开展培训业务。</span></p><p style='color: rgb(42, 99, 186); font-size: 15px; text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='color: #000000;font-family: 宋体, SimSun;font-size: 17px;'>二要自觉抵制非法机构或个人违规培训。</span></strong><span style='color: #000000;font-family: 宋体, SimSun;font-size: 17px;'>寒假期间违规培训多隐蔽在商务楼宇、居民小区、已注销培训机构等重点场所，在此类场所进行的“一对一”“住家教师”“高端家政”“众筹私教”以及各类冬令营、寒假训练营等名义违规开展学科类培训均属违法行为，请您务必远离。</span></p><p style='color: rgb(42, 99, 186); font-size: 15px; text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='color: #000000;font-family: 宋体, SimSun;font-size: 17px;'>三要看收费标准，不超期超额缴费。</span></strong><span style='color: #000000;font-family: 宋体, SimSun;font-size: 17px;'>校外培训机构未公开收费项目和标准、未实行明码标价、虚构原价、虚假折扣等均属违规行为，请家长增强辨别、自觉抵制违规培训。按政策规定，培训机构不得一次性收取或变相收取时间跨度超过3个月或60课时、且不得超过5000元的费用。对以各种优惠方式诱导一次性超期缴费的，请家长不要冲动消费，谨防受骗。</span></p><p style='color: rgb(42, 99, 186); font-size: 15px; text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='color: #000000;font-family: 宋体, SimSun;font-size: 17px;'>四要签订培训服务合同，不相信口头约定。</span></strong><span style='color: #000000;font-family: 宋体, SimSun;font-size: 17px;'>家长及学生要提高维权意识，缴费前，要认真查看培训机构教师是否具有教学资质，要对照教育部和市场监管总局制定的《中小学生校外培训服务合同（示范文本）》（2021修订版），确认合同中的培训内容、培训期限、时间安排、收费金额、退费办法、违约责任，以及双方争议解决途径等事项，并妥善保管合同，不要相信口头约定，避免发生纠纷时无法得到法律的有效保护。</span></p><p style='color: rgb(42, 99, 186); font-size: 15px; text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='color: #000000;font-family: 宋体, SimSun;font-size: 17px;'>五要主动下载使用“校外培训家长端APP”。</span></strong><span style='color: #000000;font-family: 宋体, SimSun;font-size: 17px;'>为了资金安全，请家长朋友们务必通过全国校外教育培训监管与服务综合平台“校外培训家长端APP”交纳培训费用，在APP上选课、购课、支付、消课、退费，切勿通过现金支付或微信（支付宝）转账等形式向培训机构交费；同时索要国家正规发票，妥善保管好合同文本、发票等资料，以作为维权凭据。</span></p><p style='color: rgb(42, 99, 186); font-size: 15px; text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-family: 宋体, SimSun;font-size: 17px;color: #000000;'>根据教育部寒假校外培训机构治理工作部署，区“双减”办将统筹安排，协调教育、公安、市场监管、文旅、卫健、消防等部门成立校外培训机构联合执法工作小组，采取“四不两直”方式，常态化开展“隐形变异”联合治理工作，进一步减轻学生校外培训负担。欢迎各位家长朋友共同参与监督，发现违规违法培训行为，及时予以举报。 </span></p><p style='color: rgb(42, 99, 186);
