max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;'> 2016年姚妙荣从潼关县中心幼儿园副园长调任秦东镇中心幼儿园园长。留住“老乡音”、传承“新文化”，带着强烈的文化自信感，姚妙荣将“非遗”文化带进幼儿园，为孩子们开启了崭新的学习之旅。非遗文化走进幼儿园为全县首创，没有先例、经验、模式可借鉴，姚妙荣就自己寻找、探访老艺人，多方沟通协调，自己垫付出资，购买道具服装，以培养幼儿园5到6岁农村留守儿童为主，于2017年10月自费成立了“潼关县非遗传承艺术团”。艺术团的成立，不仅填补了潼关“非遗文化进校园”的“空白”，创造了幼儿德育教育的“秦东经验”，更为传承了千年的潼关“黄河老腔”注入了新鲜血液。</p><p style='outline: 0px;
