line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>三、规划依据及内容</span></strong></section><section style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>依据《自然资源部关于加强国土空间详细规划工作的通知》(自然资发43号)开展渭南市桃花源民俗文化园项目详细规划编制工作。充分发挥功能传导与引领作用，突出对上位规划底线管控和总体要求的传导落实，优化功能布</span><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>局和用地方案，强化可利用空间的梳理盘活以及重点项目的实施指引。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>四、用地布局</span></strong></section><section style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>规划落位镇级国土空间规划规划分区，根据景区发展需求，在上位规划的基础上，优化用地布局。项目用地规模为38.21公顷(573.15 亩)，其中城乡建设用地为 19.53 公顷，区域基础设施用地为 0.44 公顷，其他建设用地为 2.20 公顷，非建设用地为 16.04 公顷。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;
