text-decoration-color: rgb(78, 66, 58); font-size: 16px; font-family: mp-quote, -apple-system-font, BlinkMacSystemFont, Arial, sans-serif;'><span leaf="">本案中，双方实际争议的核心问题是，原告提出的问题是否是合理损耗造成的，租赁物在正常使用过程中产生的耗损通常视为自然损耗，例如家具褪色、划痕等，出租人在出租时应当有所预见，反之，以违反物品或房屋的正常使用方式所造成的损耗应当视为不合理损耗，不属于出租人可预见的范围。本案中，原告将房屋租赁给被告已经五年之久，租赁中出现家具划痕磨损等损耗应当属于可预见范畴，结合双方确认的财产损坏清单及鉴定报告，认定其中“划痕”部分系正常的损耗，其余部分如“脱落”“缺失”等属于不合理损耗。最终，法院依照鉴定价格及损耗情况依法作出判决，宣判后，双方均未上诉，老王将判决的赔偿义务自动向老刘履行完毕。</span></span></p><p style='line-height: 2.5;text-indent: 2.5em;'><span style='text-decoration-style: solid;
