渭南一男子欠钱多年不还，法院上门劝说

line-height: 1.6; letter-spacing: 0.034em;'><span textstyle='' style=''>面对执行干警，程某诉苦道：</span></span><span leaf="" style='color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9); line-height: 1.6; letter-spacing: 0.034em;'><span textstyle='' style=''>“今年没挣到钱，种洋葱、生姜都赔了，挣的钱都用于偿还其他债务了，这个案子打算把玉米一卖先还几千元。”“生效法律文书必须履行，法院是依法强制执行。欠别人的钱都还了，为何独独欠冯某的钱不还？”执行干警严肃告知其拒不履行将面临拘留等强制措施，同时也从情理上耐心劝导：“你俩原来都是朋友，这钱你从2011年借的，人家2019年才问你要，而且现在老冯都已经去世了，你还欠着钱不还，良心上过得去吗？”</span></span></font></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"><span leaf="" style='color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);
