box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 17px;box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">接到线索后，东关派出所迅速响应，立即安排警力前往银行，过程中民警尝试通过电话联系刘某，但都被其挂断。民警赶到现场时，刘某已填好取款单据，面对民警关于“资金来源和取现目的”的询问，她言辞闪烁、答非所问，并不断通过手机QQ与他人联系，民警立即制止其行为并进行耐心劝导。</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 17px;box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">原来，12月16日以来，刘某在手机上下载了一款名为“精工智能”的APP，并在“客服”诱导下进行所谓“刷单任务”，导致账户被“冻结”。“客服”谎称可通过取现“解冻账户”，并许诺将全额退款并安排“线下交接”，刘某信以为真，遂按指示取现8.5万元。直至民警介入劝阻，细致剖析骗子话术中的漏洞，刘某才幡然醒悟，意识到自己已陷入诈骗圈套。</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;
