1px;'>中考体育与健康统一考试在九年级第二学期进行。考试工作由市级教育行政部门统一安排，县（区）教育行政部门具体组织实施。考试采取集中测试方式，当场向考生公布成绩；同一县（区）的考生应当在统一规定的时间内完成考试；每名考生的全部项目必须在一个单元内（半天内）完成测试。考试方法参照《陕西省初中学业水平体育与健康考试方法说明》规定测试方法及操作要求进行。考试计分方法按照《陕西省初中学业水平体育与健康统一考试内容及成绩转化标准》查询各单项得分。统一考试成绩计算办法及相关要求，可登录陕西省教育厅网站查询。对因残疾、伤病免修体育课等造成无法参加体育与健康考试的学生，由各市（区）结合实际情况制定具体的免考和考评、计分办法。</span></p><p 1px;'>不能在规定时间参加统一考试的考生，可以申请缓考，每名考生仅可申请1次缓考，缓考生缓考时间间隔不得少于7天。缓考生必须在进入考场前办理缓考手续。除因临场伤病外，考生进入考场后，不得申请缓考。缓考考试时，申请缓考的考生仍无法参加统一考试的，经本人和学校负责人签字确认后，按免试考生相关政策执行。具体缓考办法由各市（区）教育行政部门自行制定。</span></p><p
