box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf=""><font face="微软雅黑">近日，太白县人民法院依法对一起冒充公职人员诈骗、盗窃案作出一审判决，被告人朱某因犯诈骗罪、盗窃罪，数罪并罚被判处有期徒刑十二年，并处罚金人民币十二万元，同时被责令退赔被害人全部经济损失。</font></span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 20px; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf=""><font face="微软雅黑">经法院审理查明，被告人朱某为实施违法犯罪，通过网络购置仿制行政单位执法制服、徽章、肩章及大盖帽等物品，还伪造行政执法证件，长期冒充执法人员，骗取周围人员信任。2023年7月至2025年6月期间，朱某利用虚构身份，以“介绍工作”“代办各类事项”为诱饵，伪造政府机关红头文件等材料，先后骗取张某等四名被害人共计56万元。此外，朱某在被害人张某家中做客时，趁其不备，窃取保险柜内黄金首饰约110克。</font></span></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf=""><font face="微软雅黑">太白县法院审理认为，朱某以非法占有为目的，虚构身份和事实骗取他人财物，数额特别巨大；以秘密手段窃取他人财物，数额巨大，其行为已分别构成诈骗罪、盗窃罪，且犯罪情节恶劣，社会危害性较大，依法应予严惩，遂作出上述判决。</font></span></p></section><p style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf=""><font face="微软雅黑">近日，淳化法院依法审结一起招摇撞骗案，被告人吴某某冒充看守所民警、法院工作人员，骗取在押人员家属钱财，因构成招摇撞骗罪且系累犯，被判处有期徒刑一年八个月。</font></span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 20px; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf=""><font face="微软雅黑">经查，被告人吴某某此前曾因盗窃罪获刑，缓刑考验期内因违反监管规定被撤销缓刑收监，2024年9月24日刑满释放后，竟不思悔改，妄图利用服刑期间掌握的同监室在押人员信息谋取私利。</font></span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 20px; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf=""><font face="微软雅黑">释放当日，吴某某冒充国家机关工作人员，借用朋友手机，联系上同监人员肖某某的母亲刘某及同监人员李某某的母亲陈某，编造自己能为肖某某办理缓刑、要为李某某“看病买药”、“办理取保候审”、“购买车票”等事实，向刘某和陈某索要钱财。因刘某年龄较大，无法操作转账，吴某怕身份暴露，遂删除对方微信；陈某多次转账后，察觉异样不断追问，吴某某再次删除微信失联，陈某随即报警，吴某某被逮捕。</font></span></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf=""><font face="微软雅黑">案件审理中，吴某某对犯罪事实供认不讳，自愿认罪认罚。其辩护人提出相关从宽处罚意见，法院审理认为，吴某某冒充国家机关工作人员招摇撞骗，严重损害公职机关形象威信，且其系刑罚执行完毕五年内再犯的累犯，依法应从重处罚；结合其坦白、认罪认罚的情节，对相关合法从宽意见予以采纳，最终作出上述判决。</font></span></p></section><p style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
