bold;'>秦岭、秦巴山区易出现暴雪、冻雨天气，特别是桥梁、隧道背阴面结冰，路面湿滑易结冰，事故隐患突出。陕南部分地区易出现冻雨天气，对行车安全造成威胁。陕北地区易出现低温（-10℃以下），致燃油车辆电瓶亏电、新能源车续航里程减少。</span></span></section><section style='line-height: 1.6em;margin-bottom: 16px;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 16px;font-weight: bold;'>（二）大客流易致排队拥堵。</span><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 16px;'>连霍、包茂、京昆、福银等主干高速在我省交汇，是连接华北、华东、华中、西南、西北的全国性交通枢纽，高速路网重要枢纽节点多，易发生车辆排队拥堵。</span><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 16px;font-weight: bold;'>预计西安、宝鸡、咸阳等中心城市与周边县市间短途客流集中，跨省往来甘肃、山西、四川等地车流量增长明显；省界通道、城市出入口、景区周边易出现车辆长时间拥堵，潮汐式车流特征明显；新能源车在部分热点服务区充电等待时间可能延长。</span></span></section><section style='line-height: 1.6em;margin-bottom: 16px;'>疲劳驾驶、酒驾醉驾、超速行驶、客车超员、货车超载等严重违法肇事风险增大；农村地区面包车超员、农用车、三轮车违法载人等易发多发；驾驶人开车接打电话、生病服药后驾驶、乘车人不规范使用安全带等行为都严重影响驾乘安全。同时，大客车、拼车包车、异地租车等客运出行增多，能源保供、民生物资等货运需求旺盛，</span><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 16px;'>随着返乡人员增多，农村地区赶集庙会、红白喜事、走亲访友、民俗活动增多，农村进入一年当中人流、车流最为集中的时段，但农村公路通行条件“先天不足”，</span><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 16px;font-weight: bold;'>山区道路临水临崖、长大陡坡、急弯路段事故多发易发，交通事故的风险较大。</span></span></section><section style='line-height: 1.6em;margin-bottom: 16px;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 18px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);font-weight: bold;'>安全出行建议</span></span></section><section style='line-height: 1.6em;margin-bottom: 16px;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 16px;font-weight: bold;'>（一）做好出行规划。</span><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 16px;'>错峰出行：提前查询路况及管制信息，避开高峰时段和拥堵路段，前往景区、商圈优先选择公共交通。路线规划：优先选择高速公路、国道省道或熟悉的道路通行，关注陕西交通、陕西气象、陕西交警等官方账号发布的路况和气象信息，及时通过高德、百度地图导航了解实时路况，根据天气、路况、管制信息，合理调整行程。新能源车：应提前查询充电设施，规划充电节点，避免电量低于30%行驶，备好应急充电线；切记辅助驾驶不等于自动驾驶，行驶时应时刻关注车辆状态，谨防意外发生。</span></span></section><section style='line-height: 1.6em;margin-bottom: 16px;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 16px;font-weight: bold;'>（二）做足安全准备。</span><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 16px;'>车辆检查：出行前检查车辆转向、制动、灯光系统，重点检查轮胎、刹车、电瓶、防冻液，携带防滑链、三角警示牌、应急包。柴油车更换对应标号柴油，随车配备防滑链，应对低温冰冻天气。驾驶人状态：出行前保证充足睡眠，杜绝疲劳驾驶，连续驾驶4小时应在安全区域停车休息；保持安全车速和车距，减少并线变道；夜间行车合理使用灯光，会车时切换成近光灯。</span></span></section><section 16px;'>杜绝酒驾醉驾、疲劳驾驶、超速行驶，驾乘车辆全程系好安全带；驾车时不吸烟、不接打手持电话、不刷手机，避免分心驾驶；高速行驶保持安全车距，不占用应急车道，出口前提前变道；若错过出口，应“将错就错”至下一出口；途经无信号灯路口或斑马线务必提前减速；遇急弯陡坡、临水临崖路段必须减速慢行，切忌弯道超车；清晨傍晚视线不佳，应集中精力，降低车速，谨慎驾驶。</span></span></section><section
