box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf=""><font face="宋体" size="3">会上，全体参会人员集中学习习近平总书记在省部级主要领导干部学习贯彻党的二十届四中全会精神专题研讨班开班式上的重要讲话精神，紧扣二十届四中全会接续推进中国式现代化的核心要求，为全院党员干部职工把准政治方向、筑牢思想根基锚定根本遵循。会议精准传达2026年省、市卫生健康工作会议精神，深入解读上级部署要求，明晰年度卫健工作发展重点与实践路径。同时对2026年春训活动、“志愿服务在医院”、“转作风、提效能、抓落实、优服务”降本增效、行政后勤服务临床一线等主题活动进行具体安排，各项任务部署明确、责任到人，为全年工作有序开展划定清晰路线。</font></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.125em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf=""><font face="宋体" size="3">会议指出，2025年医院纵深推进“效能提升年”、精准发力“成本管控年”专项工作，以闭环管理机制抓实抓细各项任务，圆满达成年度既定目标，医院发展呈现稳中有进、重点突破、全面提升的良好态势，这离不开全院上下的同心同德、辛勤耕耘。2026年是中国共产党成立105周年，是“十五五”规划开局之年，更是医院发展承前启后、继往开来的关键一年。此次春训作为全年工作的“先手棋”，既是收心归位、调整状态的收心会，更是鼓劲扬帆、聚力实干的动员会，为医院新一年高质量发展凝聚奋进力量。</font></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.125em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf=""><font face="宋体" size="3">会议要求，全体职工要收假收心，迅速进入工作状态，以春训为起点，凝聚大干快上、提速争先的奋进合力，为全年工作开好局、起好步；要勤学善思锤炼本领，把学习贯彻二十届四中全会精神和省、市卫健工作要求作为首要政治任务，坚持理论学习与业务钻研深度融合，以建设学习型医院为抓手，推动学习成果转化为履职实效；要以干为要优化服务，深化“志愿服务在医院”活动，推动全员参与、规范服务，精准破解患者就医堵点难点，持续提升就医体验、打造特色服务品牌；要以严提质锤炼作风，常态化开展“转作风、提效能、抓落实、优服务”活动，重拳整治作风顽疾，强化督查问责，推动形成马上就办、真抓实干的良好风气；要以俭增效精细管理，牢固树立“过紧日子”思想，健全成本管控责任体系，从物资采购、耗材消耗等方面全方位落实节约措施；行政后勤科室更要树牢“以临床为中心”理念，下沉服务重心、前移工作职能，切实为临床一线减负增效、保驾护航。</font></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.125em;
