padding-right: 20px; padding-left: 20px; box-sizing: border-box;'><p style='text-indent: 2.125em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf=""><font face="宋体" size="3">潘胜东教授长期从事医院管理与医疗质量提升工作，在效率医疗体系建设、患者安全保障、日间医疗模式推进等方面具有丰富实践。授课中，他以《效率医疗浙二实践》为题，系统介绍了浙江大学医学院附属第二医院在效率医疗改革中的探索与成效。通过七大功能组协同推进、四类人群分类管理、三个时间节点精准把控、两张表格动态监测、一种文化持续塑造等举措，医院在院前服务、日间手术、手术室调度、加速康复等方面实现了流程再造与效率提升。同时，潘胜东还分享了如何构建全流程质量安全体系，推动医疗质量与效率双提升，优化医院收支结构，完善内外部患者收治机制，传递出“争第一、创最好”的发展理念，为参会人员提供了系统的改革思路和实操路径。</font></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.125em;
