我们80、90后，见过竹编，用过竹篮，可真正上手编过的，一百个人里都难找出一个。它成了我们小时候记忆里的一个符号，却没能成为我们这代人的技能。想起小时候在农村，六十岁以上的长辈们都有过类似经历。那时大家条件都差不多，遇到会做手工活或者有特殊技能的，不会做的就带着物料去请教。比如编竹筐，会编的长辈家里常常围满了人，大家聚在一起边学边做。有人学得快，有人学得慢，但氛围特别好。大家一边交流技巧，一边分享生活琐事。这种互帮互助的场景，不仅传承了手艺，也增进了邻里感情，是那个时代农村特有的温暖记忆，现在想起来都觉得很美好。可惜现在不会了，全都忘记了 没有，小时候我妈只是告诉我男孩子学会做饭以后结婚了不受媳妇的气，所以我从初二开始就自己买菜做饭，比如包饺子我一个人从剁馅到合面擀片全部程序都过了，仅此而已，要说手艺嘛其实倒没啥可学的，毕竟自己也要有自己的理想和爱好嘛。 我小时候跟这长辈学过剪纸，会剪一些简单的囍字，偶尔空闲时间还剪着玩一玩，剪纸这门艺术现在年龄大的人会，年轻人基本都不太会了，希望能把这门艺术发扬光大！ 打胡基，听说过吗？顺口溜叫一灰三锨六脚十二窝窝，哈哈哈，再别的就不会了，以前还在砖瓦窑看工人脱砖坯，还看木匠打线做家具，会的不多，就村里人说的那个，只会出闷劲。 小时侯没有学过手艺，除了干农活，也没有啥学的，小时候记得事情的情况，就是帮家里干活，那会家里地多，每年都忙的不可开交的， 跟长辈和同学们学过毛线编织，当时织毛衣、毛裤、帽子、围巾、手套等等，流行啥花样就学啥花样。现在年龄大了，眼花手慢，织不了了。 中年人（尤其是70后、80后）在童年时期确实接触或学习过一些“老手艺”，但这些技艺大多因时代变迁而逐渐失传或不再实用。学过剪纸，还有其他的一些唱儿歌，各种弹棉花等等 剪纸：奶奶或外婆常在过年时教剪窗花，图案多为福字、动物等吉祥纹样。如今会剪的人多为老年人，年轻人极少掌握。纳鞋底/做布鞋：祖母用旧布浆糊打袼褙、纳千层底，手工缝制布鞋。这种手艺曾是女性必备技能，如今已罕见 编竹篾/草编：在南方农村，长辈会教孩子用竹片或蒲草编织篮子、簸箕、草鞋等。随着塑料制品普及，这类手艺几近消失。弹棉花：部分孩子曾跟随长辈看弹棉花师傅操作，但极少亲自上手，因工具重、工序繁杂。这项手艺现在也要失传了 磨刀/磨剪子：虽非亲手操作，但许多孩子记得走街串巷的吆喝声，并协助递工具，属于“旁观式”接触。基本上家里都不会做，所以说这种情况，现在确实挺麻烦的，然后还有手工制鞋匠还有飞鱼这些已经现在缺乏实践机会和市场需求，所以说完全生疏 我们这一代可能学会的不多。偶有保留：个别长辈可能在节庆时重拾剪纸、折纸等简单技艺，但多作为怀旧或娱乐，非谋生手段。总体而言，这些“老手艺”更多承载的是集体记忆与文化乡愁，而非现实技能。正如资料所言：“大旱三年饿不死手艺人”的时代已远去，传统技艺的传承面临严峻挑战。我们这代年轻人没有学习到什么也没有传承到什么，特别的遗憾。 老人教的绝不止是放狗追兔，那是天地人狗合一的讲究：
看天时：专挑冬春农闲、野兔肥硕时，既护庄稼，又图个热闹。
观地势：细狗跑直线极快，但转弯笨。老人会看地形，知道在哪片塬上兔子跑不掉。
训狗经：好狗通人性，要懂指令、耐得住性子。不是光跑得快就行，得有猎性。 小时候常常爬在父亲肩上，再大些，跟着父亲干活，记忆犹新的是拉小麦的架子车上的绑大绳打结，父亲独创一格，绑的绳子有结石又稳当，再就是跟着父亲种庄稼，对我终生影响很大，我受益终身。 小时候跟着母亲学过蒸花馍。有燕子，小兔子，大老虎，鸽子等。因为老母亲老家过年都要蒸花馍。到中秋节还要自己做月饼。当时都是跟母亲学的。 什么都没有学过！ 我小时候跟着妈妈学过绣花，现在基本上用不着了 哎呀好像没学过什么手艺 动手能力差，好像啥也干不了 没学过什么手艺。 老手艺真没学过，不过以前我奶奶在的时候，有一个老太太经常来看她，跟着她我学会了背12生肖，现在还一直记着 老手艺，还真没学到过啥 呵呵，学了，小时候跟着我父亲学的木工，奈何实在是不爱外。现在都不会了， 小时候跟着我妈妈学做花卷，现在也会，也算简单的手艺吧
