style='font-size: 18px;color: #000000;font-family:宋体, SimSun, STSong;'>（一）网络餐饮违法线索</span></p><p style='line-height: 1.75;text-indent: 2.85714em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;color: #000000;font-family:宋体, SimSun, STSong;'><strong>一是</strong>未取得经营资质，借用证照，使用假证照，证照过期或已注销，食品经营许可地址与实际经营地址不一致；<strong>二是</strong>伪造证照，变造证照；<strong>三是</strong>线上未公示信息或公示信息不真实；<strong>四是</strong>网络食品交易第三方平台未审核入网业户资质，管理缺失，责任悬空；<strong>五是</strong>超范围超限量使用食品添加剂，非法添加非食用物质或非食品原料；<strong>六是</strong>经营环境脏乱差，加工操作不规范；<strong>七是</strong>从业人员无健康证明或健康正过期；</span><strong STSong;'><strong>一是</strong>未按规定查验国产畜禽产品动物检疫合格证明，肉品品质检验合格证明和进口肉类产品入境货物检验检疫合格证明，非法买卖，伪造检疫合格证明或者证货不符；<strong>二是</strong>生产经营病死，腐败变质畜禽肉，以及来源不明，未经检验检疫或者检验检疫不合格肉类产品；<strong>三是</strong>非法添加非食用物质，滥用食品添加剂；<strong>四是</strong>掺杂使假，以假充真，以次充好，以低价肉品冒充高价肉品；<strong>五是</strong>未经许可或超出许可范围从事肉制品生产加工的黑窝点，黑作坊，以及冒用他人厂名厂址；<strong>六是</strong>涉及肉制品的市场监管领域其他违法违规线索。</span></p><p
