font-size: 14px; min-height: auto; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"> 疫情的到来，也给各行各业带来了严峻的考验。</span></p><p class="xmybrush" style="clear: both; font-size: 14px; min-height: auto; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"> 国家教育部发出了“停课不停学”的通知。陕西省渭南市临渭区教育局结合区情，引发了《关于全区中小学在新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情防控期间开展网络教学工作的实施方案》（渭临教育发〔2020〕6号），对教育部“停课不停学”的文件精神进行具体解读。印发《临渭区疫情防控期间中小学网络教学基本要求》，指导区内学校的教学实践操作。</span></p><p class="xmybrush" style="clear: both; font-size: 14px; min-height: auto; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"> 线上教学和线下学习不同于学校日常的课堂教学实践。“虽在天边，又近在眼前；近在眼前，又远在天边”最能概括网络教学和课堂教学的关系。作为一线教师，要充分认识和把握这二者的联系和区别，才能充分保障网络学习的效果。个人觉得，需要从以下三个方面去考虑：</span></p><p class="xmybrush" style="clear: both; font-size: 14px; min-height: auto; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box !important;"> 一、技术是基础。</strong>开展网络教学，离不开网络技术的支持。计算机、手机早已普及，但是它的功能使用对大多数人来说，大多局限于方便生活。要把它作为教学设备来使用，我们还有很多东西要学习。一个班级50 多名学生，50多套设备，100多个家长在一旁辅助，一个学生就是一个独立但又会施加干扰的空间。上课前，对设备的调试就是一个最大的考验。他不同于日常课堂，教师一个指令，全班学生马上就会是一个动作，不浪费课堂时间。因此，在开展网络教学之前，要对每个学生（家庭）的网络设备提出统一的管理要求。比如怎样签到，怎样使用耳机，怎样开关视频，什么时间使用语音，怎样使用语音发问，怎样防止噪音等等一系列问题，需要我们提前预设和要求，才能让设备更好地为学习服务。</span></p><p class="xmybrush" style="clear: both; font-size: 14px; min-height: auto; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box !important;"> 二、纪律是保障。</strong>学生线上线下的学习是独立的，没有学伴在其左右，老师也不可能用视频看到每一个学生学习状态。尽管有父母陪伴，但也不同于老师跟随其左右。怎样确保学生们能在学习状态，这是摆在我们面前的、必须正确面对的、又必须解决好的问题。这也是对我们学生的最大考验。在开展线上教学之前，班主任要根据学校教学常规制度，结合班级日常管理的要求，制定出详细的线上教学班级课堂公约，针对特殊学生群体，进行个别谈话，以表扬为主，勉励其能克服身上的缺点，保障线上学习的效果。学校也要在原有日常教学管理常规制度的基础上进行修订，确保教学实施有规可依。</span></p><p class="xmybrush" style="clear: both; font-size: 14px; min-height: auto; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box !important;"> 三、管理是灵魂。</strong>良好的教学秩序和教学效果是管理者落实管理制度的效果。面对疫情下的线上教学，教学管理者怎样进行管理，是新课题，也是学习、思考，提升管理水平的机遇。教学管理者要厘清思路，积极思考，提请预设。一要提前做好顶层设计，明明白白告诉老师们做什么，怎样做，禁止做什么，提倡做什么。二要深入到每个班级群，观察记录班级线上老师的教学和学生的学习情况。三要广开言路，虚心听取老师每天的教育教学反馈情况，好的经验及时分享，不好的现象及时制止。四要“闭门造车”，管理者及时沟通各方面信息，思维碰撞，解决好当下出现的问题，预设研判可能会出现的下一个问题。五要群策群力，发挥群众的智慧，做好老师的坚强后盾，在有利教学的情况下，鼓励老师推陈出新。</span></p></section></section></section></section><p style="clear: both;
