公司对员工也没感情。合同快到期了，不想要员工了，还想让员工为其加班，员工肯定不想好好干嘛！
我们虽然不强制，但是领导背地里收拾你。你说这班该加不？
公司如果能做到合理合法的话，员工也愿意为公司出力。有的公司，双标！加班的时候，公司是我家了，迟到一分钟，扣二十块钱的时候，公司咋不是我家嘞。必要的时候连法条都能搬出来，那节假日上班咋就不按法定节假日薪资来结呢？拖欠工资成习惯{:qqemoji1:}
