可以直接去交警队办理
先填写了非合规自助，完了说审核，通过还是没通过一直没消息，直接预约了现场挂牌 我的电动车买了好多年了，但一直挺好的，可是车身没车架号，怎么办理车牌呀？
我想问的是，买的二手车，好几年了，注册时显示已经注册过，不知道前一任车主是谁，这牌子咋挂？只能等着报废或者主动上交交警大队吗？孩子上下学需要，牌子挂不上，有车不能骑，这才是真正的郁闷啊
我就不办牌子骑电动车上路你还咬我？
