这才放开二胎几年，又实行三胎。突然想到自己小时候85年左右哪会，邻居生个娃被计划生育的人天天追，吓得都不敢回家，真可怜，现在又提倡生，估计不愿意生了，关键养不起。
鼓励生孩子！
养孩子需要付出太多，不止是金钱，还有人的精力，养一个两个都难，养三个该怎么过，现在生了孩子不是养大就可以了，要考虑的太多太多，一句话，生不起养不起！
