color: rgb(62, 62, 62); font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.75em; text-align: justify; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><p style='box-sizing: border-box;margin-top: 0.25em;margin-bottom: 0.25em;max-width: 100%;overflow-x: hidden;line-height: 1.8;font-size: 18px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>11月1日，记者从相关部门获悉，农业农村部公布了第二批全国乡村治理示范村镇名单。其中，</span><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>我市潼关县秦东镇四知村、澄城县冯原镇吉安城村、合阳县坊镇灵泉村，韩城市龙门镇北潘庄村、新城街道五星村5个村庄入选。</span></strong></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;margin-top: 0.25em;margin-bottom: 0.25em;max-width: 100%;overflow-x: hidden;line-height: 1.8;font-size: 18px;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>四知村位于潼关县秦东镇</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>，素有桃林之野、漕运之都等美称。该村积极发挥试点示范引领作用，以实施乡村振兴战略为契机，大力推广“党建功能化、村务多元化、管理智慧化”三化同步乡村治理方法，探索创新“十村同建”，持续在产业兴村、人才强村、依法治村、道德润村、民主治村、生态美村、智慧管村等方面下功夫，进一步发展壮大特色产业，强化校地合作，以非遗黄河老腔展演为载体，大力弘扬廉洁文化和爱国文化，培育吸纳各类能人参与村级治理，建成“智慧乡村”综合信息服务管理平台，不断推进乡村治理体系和治理能力现代化。</span></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;margin-top: 0.25em;margin-bottom: 0.25em;max-width: 100%;overflow-x: hidden;line-height: 1.8;font-size: 18px;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>吉安城村位于澄城县冯原镇</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>，近年来，该县坚持以党建统领为核心，紧抓脱贫攻坚、乡村振兴政策机遇，加大新农村建设，改善基础设施，大力发展苹果、樱桃、花椒等产业，壮大村级集体经济，增加群众收入，健全村民自治制度，深化社会综合治理，大力推进自治、法治、德治融合发展，构建了共建、共治、共享的乡村社会治理格局。</span></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;margin-top: 0.25em;margin-bottom: 0.25em;max-width: 100%;overflow-x: hidden;line-height: 1.8;font-size: 18px;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>灵泉村位于合阳县坊镇</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>，先后被列入中国传统村落名录、国家生态文化村。灵泉村以乡村治理试点工作为抓手，成立心连心工作室、乡贤工作室，构建了符合村情实际的矛盾化解机制。全面修订完善村规民约，形成了民事民议、民事民办、民事民管的矛盾纠纷联调、社会治安联动、服务群众联心的多层次基层协商格局，构建出共建共治共享的乡村治理格局。</span></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;margin-top: 0.25em;margin-bottom: 0.25em;max-width: 100%;overflow-x: hidden;line-height: 1.8;font-size: 18px;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>北潘庄村位于龙门高速出口</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>，交通便利，地理环境好。全村共4个村民小组，364户1564口人，总耕地面积约1700亩。近年来，北潘庄村按照“生产发展、生活富裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民生”要求，以“生态、文明、小康”为主题，团结带领全村广大党员群众探索发展村级集体经济，大力改善基础设施，全面提升村容村貌；五星村总面积3.3平方公里，总人口2980人。经济收入以传统农业、蔬菜种植、养殖业和外出务工为主，年人均纯收入达1.5万元。该村环境优美，水电、道路、移民搬迁、亮化工程等公用基础设施完善，乡村治理井然有序。</span></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;margin-top: 0.25em;margin-bottom: 0.25em;max-width: 100%;overflow-x: hidden;line-height: 1.8;font-size: 18px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>据悉，为进一步发挥典型示范引领作用，中央农村工作领导小组办公室、农业农村部、中央宣传部、民政部、司法部、国家乡村振兴局今年开展了第二批全国乡村治理示范村镇创建工作。在各地创建并推荐上报基础上，经复核和公示，认定北京市门头沟区清水镇等100个乡（镇）为第二批全国乡村治理示范乡镇，北京市朝阳区黑庄户乡小鲁店村等994个村为第二批全国乡村治理示范村。</span><span style='font-size: 16px;'>（渭南日报 记者 杨晓妍 王军江 石小荣）</span></p><p style='outline: 0px;
