刚入冬，感觉不会太冷吧！现在说的寒潮降温是和前几天比温度低了点，男人嘛，没有那么矫情，要冬练三九夏练三伏，等三九天来了再说吧，现在就是适当添加衣服，要有抵抗风寒的能力！
昨天看天气预报说今天降温、早上出去的时候就早早穿的羽绒服和保暖内裤，感觉还可以吧，不是那么寒冷寒冷的，就是早上风有些大，感觉今天温度还可以。
有一种方法叫做26度穿衣服，26度穿衣服，他就是说把不同的衣物它的保暖性量化为摄氏度，然后用26度减去室外的温度，得到你的穿衣摄氏度的总和，是不是觉得很拗口，听不太明白。举个实例，比方说现在外面突然一下子降温了，只有12度，那么按照咱们26度的穿衣服，我首先要用26度减去室外的12度等于14度，也就是说我现在要穿14度的衣服，它怎么计算？别急。我来给你们讲，首先就比方说薄款的棉质提取，它按照这种保暖性来量化成摄氏度的话就是一摄氏度，然后后款的棉毛衫它大概是20摄氏度，一个抓绒衫或者是一个薄款的外套大概是三摄氏度，一个厚的羊毛衫加上一个棉被芯就可以量化到4摄氏度，稍后一点的棉外套5摄氏度，保款的羽绒服是6摄氏度，扣款的羽绒服就能达到9摄氏度了。刚才前面说了，咱们要凑到12摄氏度，那就一件秋衣保管的棉质梯，对吧？一摄氏度。再来一个后款的棉毛衫，两摄氏度，再加一件抓容易三摄氏度。再来一个薄款的羽绒服6摄氏度，加起来正好12摄氏度，那么我今天的衣服就搭配好了，就是26度穿衣服。但是穿衣法它有一个弊端，就是你的气温它并不等于你的体感温度，因为他每个人耐热程度以及耐寒程度都是不一样的，就像有的人他特别怕冷，但有的人他是特别怕热，的他不怕冷是吧？所以你的体感温度有分别，那么26度穿衣服就过于统一了，所以第二种方法可能会更加的靠谱。

还好的天气。今天到商场里去玩，也不用穿太多。商场都是挺暖合的。就穿了两件衣服。穿了一个打底衫穿了一个外套。商场里面真的很暖和不过在外面的人要多穿一点。大家都要保暖，不要感冒了。
天气预报还是很准的。今天早上一醒都7点多了看到外面还是黑黑的，天阴沉沉的。也没刻意增加衣物，还是昨天穿的衣服。上身打底衣加厚毛呢外套，下身秋裤和厚毛呢裤子。出门去买菜风刮得很大。冷倒是没觉得很冷，可能是自己走的快，一运动反而不觉得冷。老话说的好，春捂秋冻。还是要加强锻炼，增加自己身体的抵抗能力。衣服要慢慢增加不要加的过多过快。要不等到三九天了可咋穿啊。身体素质差的，老人和小孩。要及时增加衣物，防止感冒。加强锻炼。
今个是真冷啊，特别那么下雨的时候，说实话，就这还不是最冷的时候，看后面零下了，大棉袄穿上吧！不能丈着自己年轻{:qqemoji14:}就对自己为所欲为，比较老了以后身体健康更重要
看到降温的消息，今早就穿上了厚羽绒服，保暖裤。早上出门买菜，戴好口罩和手套，结果一阵妖风把伞都吹的打不住，瞬间感受到了冬天刺骨的冷，看来晚上要开电褥子了。
