size="3"><strong>戴耀伟：</strong>依法严厉打击妨害疫情防控违法行为，为做好疫情防控工作提供有力保障，是公安机关的重要职责。今年以来，按照省委省政府整体安排部署，全省公安机关积极协助卫健等有关部门依法采取疫情防控措施，严厉打击查处妨害疫情防控违法行为，为确保防疫工作顺利开展创造安全稳定的治安环境。</font></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"><br></font></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">一是严厉打击涉疫违法行为。对于妨害疫情防控违法犯罪警情，公安机关做到立即出警，第一时间开展现场处置。对于各类涉疫违法犯罪行为，特别是伤害医务人员、扰乱防疫秩序、暴力抗拒疫情防控措施的行为，果断采取措施，坚决予以制止，依法打击处理。今年3月5日以来，全省公安机关累计办理涉疫类刑事案件15件，治安案件186件，治安处罚134人。</font></section><section 违反政府发布的有关封控、管控区管理规定的，拒不配合防疫检疫、核酸检测的，阻碍防疫人员依法执行职务的，违规擅自经营、违规擅自聚集的，市场主体不履行疫情防控主体责任等。这些违法行为，既是对自身和他人生命安全、人身健康的漠视，也扰乱了全省防疫工作正常秩序，可能构成“拒不执行紧急状态下的决定命令”、“阻碍执行职务”“扰乱公共场所秩序”等治安违法行为，公安机关将依法处以警告、罚款、拘留等治安处罚；涉嫌犯罪的，将依法追究刑事责任。</font></p><p><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"><br></font></p><p><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"> 二是故意编造、散布虚假信息的行为。例如，谎报疫情、警情，污蔑疫情防控和公安机关执法工作，扰乱公共秩序等。这类造谣、传谣的行为，极易造成公众误解、引发恐慌、危害公共安全，对此公安机关将依法严肃处理。我们提醒广大群众，一定要从官方途径了解疫情防控权威信息，切勿轻易相信、转发朋友圈、社交平台上出现的未经证实的消息，更不得编造、发布不实信息。</font></p><p><font face="微软雅黑"
