padding-left: 0.5em;'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;outline: 0px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: Optima-Regular, PingFangTC-light;font-size: 17px;box-sizing: border-box !important;visibility: visible !important;width: 677px !important;box-shadow: rgb(210, 210, 210) 0em 0em 0.5em 0px;'></span></p></section></section><section><section><br></section></section></section></section></section><section><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>一是坚持目标导向、强化科学管理，推进年度任务可量化</span></strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>。2022年全省住房公积金各项年度目标任务是：归集631亿元，实际缴存职工达436万人，支取368亿元，个贷发放额371亿元，个贷率82%。以提高个贷率、离柜率和归集完成率，降低逾期率，提升群众满意度为重点，强化推进措施，实施“互联网+公积金”，实现“互联网+监管”，全面提升住房公积金服务质量和管理水平。</span></section><section><br style='outline: 0px;visibility: visible;'></section><section><span style='font-size: 15px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'><strong>二是坚持建章立制、完善制度规定，推进监督管理制度化</strong></span><span style='font-size: 15px;'>。各管理中心要全面修订完善已出台的各种业务办理政策和服务管理办法，严格执行决策事项、大额资金调动、银行账户开立、年度审计报告和管理制度执行情况等重大事项的备案管理，省住建厅将继续委托会计师事务所实施第三方审计。要强化线上监管制度，建立银行考核制度，高度重视群众投诉反映的问题，积极主动回应群众关切。</span></section><section><br></section><section><span style='font-size: 15px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'><strong>三是坚持规范管理、落实标准服务，推进服务管理标准化</strong></span><span style='font-size: 15px;'>。各管理中心要加快推进住建部下发的各项业务标准和《陕西省住房公积金服务管理标准》的贯彻落实，大力推动数据治理，多措并举推进扩面，探索推进灵活就业人员参加住房公积金制度。同时，动态调整贷款政策，适时调整贷款额度，优先满足缴存人购买首套自住住房需求，探索支持租赁住房，不断深化行业文明创建。</span></section><section><br style='outline: 0px;'></section><section><span style='font-size: 15px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'><strong>四是坚持协调发展、实现数据共享，推进服务群众便捷化</strong></span><span style='font-size: 15px;'>。各管理中心要加快实施“互联网+公积金”工程，提升线上业务办理质量，提高离柜率。要扎实推进“跨省通办”，推进“一张网”“一站式”便捷服务模式，落实“小程序”“日清零”，提高“一网通办”质量，推动城市群协调发展和区域联动，探索黄河流域区域联动、信息共享，推进住房公积金跨区域互信互认。</span></section><section><br></section><section><span style='font-size: 15px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'><strong>五是坚持突出重点、把握工作难点，推进运行管理规范化</strong></span><span style='font-size: 15px;'>。按照“省级指导、市级负总责、管理部抓落实”的工作思路，全面落实个贷降逾机制，加快推进住房公积金信息接入银行征信系统，扩大中心体检评估试点，建立既相互制约又相互监督的内控体系，建立健全应急预案和预警机制，确保疫情期间业务办理线上办、网上办、掌上办不停止。</span></section><section><br style='outline: 0px;'></section><section><span style='font-size: 15px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'><strong>六是坚持党建引领、强化宣传引导，推进党建业务一体化</strong></span><span style='font-size: 15px;'>。全系统要始终坚持把党的政治建设摆在首位，坚持党建工作与业务工作一起谋划、一起部署、一起落实、一起检查，认真落实“一岗双责”，加强职工廉政教育，加大政策宣传引导，以我省住房公积金制度设立30周年为契机，大力开展住房公积金政策宣传、成就展示等活动。</span></section><p><br></p><section data-role="outer" label="Powered by 135editor.com" style='max-width: 100%;
