纵观渭南各个小区，陕西各个小区，目前能多层加装电梯的，无非都是些政府小区、企事业单位家属院（还都是经济效益好的企事业单位），真正的商业小区、居民住宅基本没有，对物业来说，没有好处费那劲干嘛，还影响楼前停车位的收入
