box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; visibility: visible; font-size: 15px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box !important;'>根据《办法》，对以下环境违法行为可以进行举报：新建、改建、扩建项目未依法进行环境影响评价审批已开工建设，或者项目环保设施未建成、建成未经验收或验收不合格即投入生产使用的；未依法取得排污许可证排放污染物，或者未按排污许可要求排放污染物的；擅自停运、拆除、闲置或者不正常运行污染防治设施的；私设暗管或者利用雨水管道、槽车、渗坑、渗井等其他逃避监管的方式输送、存贮、排放、倾倒污染物的；拒不执行空气重污染应急预警期间限产停产决定的，以及其他污染行为。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 24px;
