<div class="wx_rich_media_content" id="jsWxContainer"> 中新财经6月7日报道，在国家统计局发布2021年全国平均工资数据后，各省份2021年平均工资数据也陆续公布。 据中新财经不完全统计，截至6月5日，至少已有15个省份发布了2021年平均工资数据。<span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;font-family: "Lucida Grande", Helvetica, Arial, "Microsoft YaHei", sans-serif;font-size: 16px;text-align: center;box-sizing: border-box;border-width: 0px;border-style: initial;border-color: initial;vertical-align: top;margin-top: 8px;'>中新财经制图 3个省份城镇非私营单位年平均工资超10万元 在这15个省份中，浙江、广东、重庆的城镇非私营单位就业人员年平均工资超过10万元大关。 其中，浙江省2021年非私营单位就业人员年平均工资为122309元，比上年增加13664元，扣除价格因素增长10.9%。 广东2021年城镇非私营单位就业人员年平均工资118133元，与2020年的108045元相比，增加10088元，同比名义增长9.3%，增速与2020年持平。 重庆2021年城镇非私营单位就业人员年平均工资为101670元，与2020年的93816元相比，增加了7854元，同比名义增长8.4%，增速与去年持平。 IT业、金融业依旧更有“钱途” 那么，哪些行业平均工资更胜一筹呢？哪些行业更有“钱途”？ 从国家统计局发布的2021年全国平均工资来看，不管是城镇非私营单位还是私营单位，IT业均为最高。 在15个省份中，多个省份平均工资最高的就是IT业。例如广东，城镇非私营单位中，年平均工资最高的是信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业，达到213031元；城镇私营单位中，年平均工资最高的也是信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业，达到140251元。 IT业之所以风头正劲，一方面是因为数字化、信息化迅速发展，相关人才供不应求，近年其工资水平和增速一直较高，另外一方面，加之疫情防控需要，在线消费需求旺盛，带动了互联网和相关服务行业平均工资的增长。 当然，并非所有省份都是IT业独领风骚，多个省份中，金融业霸占榜首。 比如，河南城镇非私营单位中年平均工资最高的行业是金融业，达到125279元，城镇私营单位中年平均工资最高的行业也是金融业，达到73972元。 另外，一些省份年平均工资最高的行业比较有特色。例如，江西城镇非私营单位中，年平均工资最高的行业是卫生和社会工作，为113976元。城镇私营单位中年平均工资最高的行业也是卫生和社会工作，为62312元。 山西城镇非私营单位中，年平均工资最高的行业是交通运输、仓储和邮政业，为101149元。<span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;box-sizing: border-box;border-width: 0px;border-style: initial;border-color: initial;max-width: 100%;height: auto;vertical-align: top;margin-top: 8px;'>人民币资料图。中新网记者李金磊摄 采矿业春风得意 平均工资也会体现出经济社会发展的阶段性特点。2021年，煤炭等能源价格持续走高，采矿业企业效益大涨，因此，采矿业就业人员平均工资增速较快。 在这15个省份中，采矿业平均工资在多个省份中占据了排名前三的位置。 其中，内蒙古城镇非私营单位年平均工资最高的行业是采矿业，达到142301元；城镇私营单位中，采矿业以74751元占据第二的位置。 煤炭大省山西，城镇非私营单位中，采矿业以99948元占据第三名；城镇私营单位中，采矿业以59477元占据第二位。 广东的城镇非私营单位中，采矿业以187947元占据第三位，仅次于IT业和金融业。 正确理解平均工资数据 多地统计部门在发布2021年平均工资数据时，还解释了平均工资的一些热点问题。 内蒙古自治区统计局在解读中表示，统计部门公布的平均工资是税前工资，包括最终到手的实发工资，以及用人单位代扣、代缴的个人所得税、公积金以及养老、医疗、失业保险基金等个人缴纳部分。所以，统计部门公布的平均工资要比多数人实际拿到手的工资要高。 广西壮族自治区统计局解释，平均工资是反映某一个国家(地区)、一个部门或一个单位工资总体情况的指标，它不同于每一个人的具体工资水平。这一平均工资值具有计算简单、易于理解的特点，但也有自身不足之处：工资水平一般呈现正偏态分布，平均值往往偏离并高于一般水平，即大多数个体数据低于平均值。 由于所处行业、隶属关系、单位性质、所在地区、经济效益及个人所处岗位不同等诸多因素影响，各地之间、各行业之间工资水平客观上存在较大差异。因此，“对号入座”的好方法是要看看你所在的地区、所在的行业工资水平如何。<p style='margin-bottom: 0em;
