margin-bottom: 8px; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">《措施》包括支持港澳服务提供者投资设立旅行社、开展进口贸易创新、释放新型贸易方式潜力、推进“两头在外”保税维修业务、提升医药产品进口便利度、推进开放通道建设、加快推进多式联运“一单制”、探索赋予多式联运单证物权凭证功能、开展融资租赁公司外债便利化试点等15个方面19项措施。</font></p><p style="margin-top: 8px; margin-bottom: 8px; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">《措施》明确，将港澳服务提供者设立旅行社的审批权限下放至自贸试验区，推动服务贸易创新发展试点地区和自贸试验区联动发展。支持西安国际港务区建设进口贸易促进创新示范区。创新贸易监管及外汇收支便利化措施。支持离岸贸易发展，做好配套政策保障。建立健全保税维修监管制度。</font></p><p style="margin-top: 8px;
