text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">中等职业学校放假收假时间参照普通高中学校执行。</font></span></section><section style="color: rgb(255, 76, 65); text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">对于确需补课的高中毕业年级，应按照教育部等五部委《关于规范教育收费治理教育乱收费工作的实施意见》（教办〔2015〕6号）精神，遵循学生自愿的原则，以答疑等形式进行课业辅导，不得强制学生统一补课、不得安排上新课。补课时间不得超过15天，不得违规向学生收取费用。</font></span></section><section style="color: rgb(255, 76, 65); text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">二、相关要求</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"></span></font></section><section style="color: rgb(255, 76, 65); text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">（一）切实加强假期安全工作。</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">各县市区教育局和中小学校（幼儿园）要做好暑假期间的消毒和安保工作，开展校园安全检查，发现问题，及时排除，不留隐患，严防各类事故的发生。放假前，要组织广大师生进行疫情防控及假期安全专题教育，提高广大师生的疫情防控意识和自我保护能力。在放假前，要通过召开家长会、发放宣传资料、致家长一封信、手机短信等方式，把学生暑假安全须知告诉家长，指导学生家长做好子女暑期疫情防控、安全教育、管理和监护工作，防止发生溺水、煤气中毒、食物中毒、交通伤亡等安全意外事故。各级教育行政部门和学校要建立暑期24小时值班制度，并保持通讯畅通，遇有突发事件要及时妥善处理，并立即上报市教育局，不得瞒报或拖延。</span></font></section><section style="color: rgb(255, 76, 65); text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">（二）严格落实各项“减负”规定。</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">各县市区教育局和中小学（幼儿园）要本着“休息为主”的原则，严格遵守各项“减负”规定，严禁学校组织义务教育阶段和高中非毕业年级学生到校集体补课或上课。学校不得将教育教学用房出借、出租给外单位或个人使用，学校和教师不得参与、动员或组织学生参加社会各类复习班和培训班，切实减轻中小学生过重课业负担。各县市区教育局要成立专项督查组，对学校暑假集体补课行为进行不定期检查，对违规补课行为公开曝光、严厉查处，并追究相关人员责任。同时，要加大对校外培训机构的监管，学科类培训机构不得在暑假期间开展培训活动。</span></font></section><section style="color: rgb(255, 76, 65); text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">（三）加强未成年人思想道德教育。</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">各县市区教育局和中小学校（幼儿园）要加强传统美德、尊老爱幼、革命传统等教育活动，教育广大学生积极参与社区社会实践、公益宣传、亲近自然、文明、节俭、移风易俗等志愿者活动，积极开展拥军、拥属、敬老助残等活动，用实际行动践行社会主义核心价值观。要教育和引导中小学生文明度假，引导家长加强对子女假期的教育管理，不要人为加重学生假期课业负担。学校和家长要引导学生自觉抵制反党、反社会主义以及极端恐怖主义的言行。</span></font></section><section data-support="96编辑器" data-style-id="30894" style=""><section style="padding-top: 10px;
