对现有的学生不公平啊！转公办前一学期交学费上万左右，家长都不愿意啊！

大力支持，如果不这样做，公办教师就不好好上班，看见民办拿那么多工资，一天混日子不好好教育学生。应该制定教师工资与孩子成绩挂勾，混日子的让趁早滚蛋
