max-width: 100%; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">此次整治将依据《民法典》《消费者权益保护法》《合同违法行为监督处理办法》等法律、规章，在住房租赁领域，重点整治经营者利用不公平合同格式条款减免责任，逃避经营者应尽的义务；违反法律规定，任意扩大经营者权限；排除、剥夺消费者的权利；权利义务不对等，任意加重消费者责任以及利用模糊条款掌控最终解释权等霸王条款，来免除自身责任、加重消费者责任、排除消费者权利等三类违法行为。重点查处房屋租赁机构是否具有营业执照、是否使用格式示范合同文本，租赁合同是否存在利用不公平格式条款侵害消费者权益等问题，同时不得将住房租赁消费贷款相关内容嵌入住房租赁合同。</font></span></p><p style="outline: 0px;
