民生街中段路东，黑色马路“冒”钉子，八旬老人摔伤骨折！

安装了很多隔离杆，不让车停。但是晚上有些车把那个杆子扔了停到那块。施工人员不及时巡查，补充新的杆子，就容易伤人。
