!important;'>为坚决遏制跨境违法犯罪活动，保护人民财产，维护社会安定，富平县打击治理电信网络新型违法犯罪工作联席会议办公室（简称县联席办），多次敦促富平籍滞留境外涉诈人员主动回国投案、接受审查，截至目前，仍有多人执迷不悟、一意孤行、拒不回国，根据有关法律法规，现通告如下:<section style='clear: both; min-height: 1em; max-width: !important;'>一、县联席办决定对18名富平籍滞留境外涉诈人员进行公开曝光，勒令其认清形势，珍惜机会，在2022年8月31日之前必须回国，积极说明情况，争取从宽处理。</section><section style='clear: both; min-height: 1em; max-width: 100%; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 18px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>二、18名富平籍滞留境外涉诈人员家属，应主动配合党委政府、公安机关工作，积极联系富平籍滞留境外涉诈人员，通过传达政策、亲情感召等方式，督促其立即回国、说明情况。</section><section !important;'>三、凡是在规定时间内拒不接受党委政府、公安机关劝返，仍然滞留境外的涉诈人员，公安机关将坚决依法严厉打击，并对其个人及家属采取“四个一律”惩戒措施：</section>（一）一律限制出境。对滞留境外涉诈人员及其直系三代亲属限制办理出国、出境业务，注销滞留滞留境外涉诈人员护照。（二）一律冻结户口。对滞留境外涉诈人员及其直系三代亲属暂停办理所有户政类业务，对在规定时间内拒不回国的人员，按照“下落不明”依法注销户口。（三）一律从严政审。滞留境外涉诈人员及其直系三代亲属在入团、入党、参军、考录公务员、就业等函询调查时，政审原则上一律不合格。（四）一律暂停福利。拒不入境投案自首的人员，由县委县委政府根据法律、法规、政策，对其本人及直系三代亲属取消一切政策性优惠、福利、补助等。 四、任何单位、组织和个人不得为滞留境外涉诈人员通风报信、作假证明包庇，或者提供其他便利条件帮助其逃匿，经查证属实，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。 五、主动回国并如实供述自己违法犯罪行为的滞留境外涉诈人员，可以依法从轻或者减轻处罚；有检举、揭发、提供重要线索，经查证属实的，依法从轻或者减轻处罚；有重大立功表现的，依法减轻或免除处罚。
