text-align: center;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;background-color: rgb(0, 122, 170);color: rgb(255, 255, 255);'>手段分析</span></strong></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>犯罪嫌疑人通过各种社交平台发布刷单信息，通过添加受害人微信、加群、下载APP等方式主动联系受害人，获得受害人的信任，等受害人同意刷单后，开始做刷单任务（点赞、关注视频、下载APP等方式），受害人通常会获得一至两单的返利。接下来嫌疑人会给受害人一个垫付款金额更大、佣金更高的刷单任务，此时受害人已完全放下戒备心理，顺着嫌疑人的指引继续刷单。嫌疑人一旦发现受害人上钩后，就会以“任务未完成、资金被冻结、操作受限”等各种借口拒绝支付本金和佣金，并表示只能继续完成刷单任务才可以拿到之前的佣金和垫付的款项。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section><section><section><section><p style='line-height: 1.75em;
