border-style: solid; border-color: rgb(51, 51, 51); text-align: justify; letter-spacing: 1.5px; line-height: 1.75em; color: rgb(63, 62, 63); padding: 4px 1em; box-sizing: border-box;"><p><br></p><p>7月18日，记者从有关部门获悉，<span style="color: rgb(171, 25, 66);">从本月起至12月底，</span>市场监督管理局将在<span style="color: rgb(171, 25, 66);">全市范围内持续开展“眼见为‘食’”专项行动</span>，旨在进一步规范餐饮服务行为，提升餐饮服务质量，守护好人民群众生命安全和身体健康。</p><p><br></p><p>据介绍，此次专项行动以餐饮服务量化分级管理为切入点，以集中开展<span style="color: rgb(171, 25, 66);">城乡餐馆、农家乐、流动餐车</span>整治规范工作为突破，以推进“智慧监管”“分类监管”为抓手，让广大消费者眼见为“食”，逐步规范提升餐饮服务质量。专项行动中，全市市场监管系统将结合智慧监管平台应用，开展“寻笑脸就餐”活动，加快推进餐饮领域量化分级管理工作；将风险等级评定与日常监督检查、“双随机一公开”检查、推进“互联网+监管”相结合，全面推行餐饮食品安全风险分级管理。同时，还将切实加强农村集体聚餐食品安全监管，统筹推进“互联网+明厨亮灶”智慧监管、“餐饮安全你我同查”活动、“外卖餐食封签”、“你点我检”、“你送我检”等系列活动，让消费者看得明白、吃得放心，助力构建放心消费环境，提振消费信心。</p><p><br></p><p>“我们成立了工作专班，加强上下联动和考核指导，确保此次专项行动取得实效。力争到2022年底，全市学校食堂和集体用餐配送单位‘互联网+明厨亮灶’智慧监管覆盖及平台接入率、入网餐饮服务提供者持证和公示率达到100%，餐饮服务从业人员培训考核覆盖率、餐饮服务提供者监督检查覆盖率、餐饮服务单位风险等级和量化分级评定覆盖率、外卖餐食封签覆盖率均达90%以上。”市市场监管局相关负责人表示。</p><p style="vertical-align:inherit;" hm_fix="344:415"><br></p></section></section><section style="box-sizing:border-box;width:3em;background:#fefefe;margin-left:75%;margin-top:-8px;"><span class="wxart_image" wx-style="display:inline-block;max-width:100% !important;box-sizing:border-box;vertical-align:inherit;width:100%;display:block;"></span></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p style="text-align: right;
