16px;">近日，韩城市公安局治安大队民警对新城区旅馆业开展日常检查时，发现一酒店有6名未成年人入住，且均无监护人陪同。根据今年新修订的《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》及相关规定，旅馆业接待未成年人入住必须查验未成年人身份，并如实登记报送相关信息；必须询问未成年人父母或者其他监护人的联系方式，并记录备查；必须询问同住人员身份关系等情况，并记录备查；必须加强安全巡查和访客管理，预防针对未成年人的不法侵害；必须立即向公安机关报告可疑情况，并及时联系未成年人的父母或者其他监护人，同时采取相应安全保护措施的“五必须”要求，保护未成年人合法权益。<br></span></p></section></section></section></section></section><section 16px;">当民警询问酒店前台工作人员，该6名未成年人住宿登记是否联系其家人时，工作人员支支吾吾，不愿回答。经过进一步调查取证，民警确认该酒店在办理未成年人入住时，没有告知其父母，也未向公安机关进行报告。根据《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》、《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》相关规定，韩城市公安局对该酒店处罚款并责令整改。随后，民警通知该6名未成年人家长到治安大队配合调查，并对在该酒店入住的未成年人及家长进行了法律宣传。<br></span></p></section></section></section></section><section
