margin-top: 0.25em; margin-bottom: 0.25em; max-width: 100%; overflow-x: hidden; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 1.8; text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" style="" size="3">飞播作业期间，要求加强安全措施，将安全施工放在首位，严格按照作业设计范围，分片落实播区负责人、技术员、气象员、联络员、施工员和接种人员等，确保责任到人。严禁向空中抛放飞行物和用石子、弹弓等戏打作业飞机。所有工作人员必须按时到位，坚守岗位，保持通讯畅通，特别是机场指挥人员、播区地面负责人及播区气象预报人员要做到24小时信息通畅、准确无误。各飞播县（市、区）按照提前制定的安全应急预案，精心准备、补齐漏洞，切实杜绝不安全事故发生。各部门要相互协作，对飞播场所、设备设施等各项准备工作进行安全隐患全面检查，特别是做好工作人员的疫情防控检查。飞播县（市、区）要加强临时起降点安全保卫工作，做好消防、防盗和人员安全保卫，设置明显警戒区域，严禁闲杂人员和其他车辆进入警戒区域，全面推进飞播造林。落实封禁措施，夯实管护责任，按播区封育管护5年的要求，从县到村逐级签订封禁责任书，设立封护碑、宣传牌等封护设施。组织实施好播区封禁和护林防火、病虫害防治等工作，确保飞播造林取得实效。</font></p><p style="font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, Arial, sans-serif;
