line-height: 32px; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 0em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0px;">正值“七下八上”内涝高温时期，是造成学生溺水事故高发期。各校要认真学习《教育部办公厅等五部门关于做好预防中小学溺水工作的通知》，学习“7月18日张开副市长检查我区校园安全，对暑期学生防溺水工作提出的要求”，汲取全国各地发生的多起学生溺水事故教训，举一反三，切实按照“属地管理、分级负责，积极预防、失职追责”的原则，进一步研判当前形势，强化思想认识，健全责任体系，细化工作措施，立即召开会议，再次研究预防学生溺水重点问题和应对举措，从管理、教育、防范等方面抓好责任落实，努力从源头上防范溺水事故的发生。</span></section><section style="text-align: left; line-height: 32px; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 0em;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing: 0px;">1.再来一次专题教育。</span></strong><span style="letter-spacing: 0px;">各校要再次安排班主任通过召开线上主题班会、家访、电话等方式，针对近期发生的溺亡事件，对师生和学生家长开展一次专项安全宣传教育，突出学生游泳安全和预防溺水知识宣传，进一步加强学生防溺水“六不准”等安全教育；每周要充分利用短信、微信、公众号等方式，向学生及家长推送游泳安全和预防溺水教育知识、公益广告、公益短信、警示标语等安全知识，进行预防溺水安全常识教育；要再次组织师生及家长观看省委教育工委、省水利厅、陕西省融媒体传媒集团联合制作的《暑期安全直播课》，观看方式参照《中共陕西省委教育工作委员会办公室关于组织收看暑期安全直播课的通知》，大力营造预防溺水浓厚氛围，增强每一位学生防溺水安全意识，提高广大师生自救自护能力。</span></section><section style="text-align: left; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 0em;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing: 0px;">2.再来一次家校合作。</span></strong><span style="letter-spacing: 0px;">各校要再次通过印发《致家长的一封信》、承诺书等方式，进一步落实家长第一监护人的责任，切实增强家长的安全意识和监护意识。要再次提醒学生和家长增强安全防范意识，督促家长暑期加强对学生的安全教育和监管，做好回执单收集整理，确保防溺水宣传教育落实到每一个班级、每一名学生。</span></section><section style="text-align: left; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 0em;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing: 0px;">3.再来一次联合防控。</span></strong><span style="letter-spacing: 0px;">各中心校牵头，组织学校对辖区河流、水库、池塘、沟渠等重点水域进行一次隐患排查，对排查出的安全隐患书面报告当地政府，督促社区、村组加强危险水域治理、安全巡查、警示教育、应急救援等，要告知当地政府、社区等在重点水域悬挂预防溺水宣传横幅（标语）。同时要宣传调动村组和学生家长防溺水的积极性，发现学生在危险水域玩水，要积极劝阻并告知家长，避免发生溺水事故。</span></section><section style="text-align: left;
