box-sizing: border-box !important;">2021年6月15日20时许，被告人张某某驾驶一辆蓝色的“某某”牌农用三轮车，行驶至某某镇某某村到某某村大坝的十字路口东50米处的东西生产路上，与对面吕某某驾驶“某某”牌红色老年代步车发生剐蹭，后被告人张某某驾车行驶至某某村某组南北巷道一竹林处时，吕某某要求赔偿，被告人张某某因身上未带钱要回家取钱为由，继续驾驶三轮车朝南行驶了一百米后，吕某某再次驾车拦在张某某驾驶的三轮车前面，二人下车后发生争吵，争吵过程中，被告人张某某便从自己的农用三轮车拿一摇把朝吕某某头部打了一下，致吕某某倒地后，继续用摇把在吕某某左小腿及右小腿处各打了一下，打完后张某某驾驶三轮车离开现场。2021年11月15日经渭南市华州区公安司法鉴定中心（渭华）公（司法）鉴（法医）字【2021】74号鉴定文书，鉴定意见：吕某某头部外伤属于轻伤一级、双下肢胫骨骨折属于轻伤一级、左手第一掌骨骨折属于轻伤二级。陕司精鉴字（2022）029号法医精神病学司法鉴定意见书，结论：被鉴定人张某某患有精神分裂症，其涉嫌作案时具有限定刑事责任能力。</span></p><section style="outline: 0px;
