box-sizing: border-box !important;'>2022年以来，大荔县打击治理电信网络新型违法犯罪工作联席会议办公室为坚决贯彻落实党中央决策部署，加强电信网络诈骗源头治理，根据国家相关法律政策，多次逼投劝返滞留缅北、金三角、阿联酋的大荔籍涉诈重点人员回国。截至目前，已有41人积极响应国家政策、主动入境回国，但依然有10人对政府的政策宣传和耐心规劝置若罔闻、执迷不悟，拒不回国。根据《中华人民共和国刑法》《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》等有关法律法规，拟对2022年8月30日前，仍滞留缅北、金三角、阿联酋地区及偷渡出境人员采取惩戒措施,现通告如下： <section style='max-width: 100%; text-indent: 0em; color: rgb(43, 43, 43); line-height: 32px; font-size: 16px; text-align: left; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>一、对通告发布后，不主动向户籍地镇(街道)村(社区)、派出所报告，在规定时间拒不回国的，将依法依规作“下落不明”处理，冻结户籍，停止居民身份证、护照、驾驶证、医疗保险等业务办理。二、限制本人信用卡消费、冻结名下所有银行卡、暂停名下手机卡等业务，五年内不得开办新银行卡、电话卡。对滞留缅北、金三角、阿联酋涉诈重点人员及与其有资金、通讯往来的直系亲属银行账户、支付宝交易账户、微信交易账户一律冻结。三、对滞留缅北、金三角、阿联酋地区涉诈重点人员本人及其直系亲属，暂停相关考录招聘等政审事宜。四、对冥顽不化、拒不回国的，公安机关在查清事实，确认涉嫌犯罪后，将依法上网公开通缉。 本通告自发布之日起施行。 大荔县打击治理电信网络新型违法犯罪工作联席会议办公室2022年8月1日</section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><h1 align="justify" style='margin: 0pt;
