max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><br style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>一、自2023年5月1日起，继续实施阶段性降低失业保险费率至1%的政策，实施期限延长至2024年底。在省（区、市）行政区域内，单位及个人的费率应当统一，个人费率不得超过单位费率。<br style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><br style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>二、自2023年5月1日起，按照《国务院办公厅关于印发降低社会保险费率综合方案的通知》（国办发〔2019〕13号）有关实施条件，继续实施阶段性降低工伤保险费率政策，实施期限延长至2024年底。<br style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><br style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>三、各地要加强失业保险、工伤保险基金运行分析，平衡好降费率与保发放之间的关系，既要确保降费率政策落实，也要确保待遇按时足额发放，确保制度运行安全平稳可持续。<br style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><br style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>四、各地要继续按照国家有关规定进一步规范缴费比例、缴费基数等相关政策，不得自行出台降低缴费基数、减免社会保险费等减少基金收入的政策。<br style='outline: 0px;
