冷冻层：爸妈过年给的香肠腊肉，冷冻大虾，猪肉，鸡肉，肝脏（喂鱼的），青豆粒，玉米粒，炒饭蔬菜粒（胡萝卜，豆角），煮咖喱或者罗宋汤蔬菜块（土豆，胡萝卜，洋葱，芹菜），手抓饼，冷冻水饺，冷冻馄炖，冰块。

冰箱现在对于家庭来说己是必不可少的电器，它的作用很大的，一般的冰箱贮藏分为两大类，一类是保鲜类，一类是冷冻的，我家冰箱里放的东西，在保鲜里放的东西一般就是青菜，酸奶，水果，鸡蛋等，有时还会放剩饭下顿吃，在冷冻里放的东西就是肉类，一般有鸡肉，鱼肉，猪肉，牛肉，在夏天还有就是冰淇淋之类的东西。 火腿，吃剩的带肉的骨头，其中，昨晚发现三分之二的火腿，大概五个，都过期了好几个月了，真是倒霉！这些火腿基本上都是去年管控最严的那段时间囤的，一共就囤了七八个，结果一口气过期了五个，也是醉了。话说管控那段时间，最容易吃完的还是蔬菜水果和馒头花卷之类，其次是鲜肉熟肉之类，火腿基本上都是做长期储备的。没想到一不小心就放过期了，也是醉了。 不知道哎，汗一个，这个话题让我专门打开冰箱看了一下，巧克力一袋，茶叶一桶，牛肉若干，对了，冷冻室还有几盒烟呢，都是我戒烟后孩子为了锻炼我的意志力买的，对了，家对面就是大型超市，隔条马路就是农贸市场，方便的很。几乎不怎么储存。对了，疫情期间除外，感谢国家! 我家冰箱放的最多就是肉类了，猪肉羊肉鸡肉鱼肉等，再就是鸡蛋，冰箱每个家庭都有，现在的冰箱都分成三个保存等级，最上面保鲜，中间冷藏，下面是冷冻，可以根据不同的保存需求来选择，里面放的食物既不要放得太多太满，也不要太小，冰箱内部存放食物容积以60％—70％为宜，摆放食品的时候，食品之间、食品与冰箱内壁之间应留有约10毫米以上的空隙，这样可使冰箱内气体流通，温度均匀稳定，可以省电。 应该是速食吧
平时上班没时间做饭，有时下班了又懒得动，煮一包螺丝粉，或者米线，面条，基本都是水已烧开就能吃的那种，虽然我和我妈住的。老人年龄大了只把她照顾好就行了。就给我娃煮一下饭。我年轻，多动动，还有就是一些青菜，最多的就是过桥米线。
