写作这几年来，我在微信读书APP上读完了163本书，纸质书也读了上百本。
我常常在文章里强调读书的重要性，最近和学员上私教课的时候，也会反复强调这件事。
但今天我想跟大家聊的，不是功利性读书，事实上也和写作无关。
我想聊的是，读书让我最大受益的，并不是获得很多干货和知识。而是让我看到以前未曾接触过的世界，读到了以前未曾读过的故事和文字。
有些让我内心变得柔软，有些让我获得了一些力量，有些让我开始珍惜身边人......
不同于干货类书籍，今天我想推荐的这10本书，让我了解了不同的人生和故事，体会到人性的柔软和温度，也让我更有勇气去追求自己想要的东西。

记得读《平凡的世界》的时候，我正处于人生低谷，成天郁郁寡欢、沮丧不已。
看到书中的主人公孙少平两兄弟，面对任何苦难都乐观顽强，精神世界屹立不倒，我深受震撼。
读完之后，我突然理解了读书的深层意义。
人活着是会遇到一些挫折和苦难的，在遇到苦难时，有人颓废丧志，有人愤愤不平，有人涅槃重生。
而读书是可以作为一种精神支撑，帮助我们扛过挫折和低谷期的。
就像电影《肖申克的救赎》中，安迪被关禁闭后出来，很多人以为他大受打击，精神萎靡。
谁知他却笑容满面、容光焕发，因为他心中有“莫扎特”的陪伴。
对于爱读书的人来说，低谷期最好的陪伴和精神支撑就是书籍。
有些书你之所以看不进去，并不是因为不好看，而是还没到你和书籍产生思想碰撞和共鸣的时候。
生活也是这样，如果未曾遭遇过磨难和挫折，你就不会知道生活有多艰难。

金鱼酱的《人间告白》这本书，我是边哭边看完的。
看到作者和相爱多年的老公阴阳相隔，看到她告诉儿子，爸爸去了某个星球不能回家，我哭得不能自已。
如果不是疾病，也许他们会把这段年少的爱情继续延续下去，突然就感受到了生活的残忍和无情。
原来人的生命那么短暂、那么脆弱，原来死亡，真的就是那么一瞬间的事。
你永远不知道明天和意外谁先到来，所以好好珍惜身边人，珍惜现在拥有的一切。
以前不理解亲情，看完蒋雯丽的《姥爷，我们天上见》之后才明白，亲情是牵绊，也是希望和动力。

三毛的《撒哈拉的故事》，让我看到了一个心中充满爱的奇女子，面对浩瀚的荒漠，陌生又艰苦的异国环境，她也能把生活过成诗来。
她积极乐观、内心强大、乐于助人，从不靠索取获得安全感。在她身上，我看到了真正热爱生活的人是什么模样。
很多时候，不是生活本来有趣，而是当我们发自内心地热爱和欣喜，去营造一些美好，生活才开始变得有滋有味。
推荐维克多·弗兰克尔的《活出生命的意义》，让我震撼的不是故事本身，而是故事居然来自作者的亲身经历。
很难想象在家人被害死后，作者还能从恶魔般的集中营里存活下来，并且精神上没有留下后遗症。
相比身体遭受的痛苦，精神折磨令人痛苦百倍，一个人每天都在面对死亡，精神高度紧张，便很难对生活保持希望。
作者的勇气和信心令人敬佩，也让我看到即便被剥夺自由、无法改变环境的情况下，我们也能选择不同的生活态度。
《杀死一只知更鸟》这本书教会了我“勇敢”，面对种族歧视的大背景下，明知道帮黑人打官司是注定会输，但还是有人这样做了，这就是勇敢。
你不知道写作能让你获得什么，写两三年生活能有多大的变化，但你依然在坚持写，这也是一种勇敢。
里面有一句金句：“勇敢就是在你还没开始的时候，就知道自己注定会输，但依然义无反顾地去做，并且不管发生什么都坚持到底。”
好不容易活一场，总要做那么一两件义无反顾的事，才不会觉得白活了一场。
加缪的《局外人》让我久久不能释怀，只因主人公性格和周围人格格不入，人们便给他套上一系列罪证：冷血、无情。
人们不关心他经历了什么，真相是什么，只关心自己看到的，并把自己看到的当成真相，坚定不已。
这部没有反转的小说，让我看到了人性的冷漠、自私以及不负责任。
我们平时在网上发言，一定要管好自己的嘴和手，不要一时冲动去当键盘侠，因为我们都有可能成为刽子手。

余华的虐心之作《活着》，让我体会到原来人生的意义，真的就只是“活着”而已。
有些人，光是活着就已经拼尽全力。
当你觉得自己一事无成、一无所有的时候，回头发现有的人竟然没有脚，这时你会不会觉得自己已经足够幸福了？
人生其实苦难重重，没有经历太多苦难的人是幸运的，不止有老天的眷顾，还有家人的庇佑。
如果你觉得自己不幸，可以去看看这本书，泪点低的话，一定要提前准备好纸巾。
看了俞敏洪《我曾走在崩溃的边缘》，我才知道大佬创业初期的艰难。从0到1的过程是最难的，一个人的成功不是轻而易举的，中间一定经历过无数困难。
学历决定的只是起点，一个人最终能走多远，靠的是性格中的坚韧、顽强以及不服输的精神。
看完这本书后，我突然觉得自己所经历的种种困难，和大佬相比根本不值一提。
沮丧时看看卢思浩的《你要去相信，没有到不了的明天》，你会发现书中很多适合收集的金句。
或许在有些人看来，这本书有点“鸡汤”文学的味道，但这都是作者一步步走出来的经验。
没有故事的鸡汤是纯鸡汤，被人生经历洗涤过的鸡汤，都变成了鼓舞人心的励志金句。
青春就是跌倒之后爬起来，然后继续往前冲，不论遇到什么困难，你都要相信，“没有到不了的明天”。

以上十本书都介绍完了，不一定每个人都喜欢，大家可以选择自己感兴趣的书来读。
建议大家在读知识干货类书籍之余，偶尔也去看一些“消遣类”的好书，不为别的，只为对生活多一些体会和感受，对生命多一些敬畏和悲悯。
喜欢徜徉在书的世界里，每分每秒都觉得宝贵，就像汪曾祺说的：“一定要爱着点什么，它让我们变得坚韧、宽容、充盈。”
读书于我便是如此，如同迷雾中的一盏灯，为我建立了一个新的精神世界。
沮丧时的鼓励、失意时的理解、迷茫时的提醒......这些都化为书中的文字，让我成为了更好的自己。
人是被塑造出来的，天天刷短视频，你的思想会被短视频同化；天天看书，你的思想和三观也会被书中的人物故事塑造。
去读书吧！久而久之，你会爱上书中的世界，也会更喜欢热爱读书的自己。 对我影响最大的一本书是《新华字典》，没有《新华字典》我不会认识那么多字，看那么多书。 在我读过的书中，印象最深刻的是追风筝的人。这本书当时给我很大的震憾。那时因故书未读完，心里始终挂念后半部分的故事走向，那种牵肠挂肚的感觉真是让人欲罢不能。后来终于有机会读完全书，我又开始思考这本书所要表达的意义。人这一辈孑因年轻、无知，可能犯错。那么该如何面对自己的错误、阴暗？逃避可能避一时，但不能逃一世，还是应该勇敢面对，不留后悔和遗憾。 勿忘国耻！今天是世界读书日，我建议每一个中国人都读读《南京大屠杀》这本书，这本书是张纯如先生用生命书写的作品，一首千古绝唱。
这是一本读起来令人心碎、悲愤的作品，张先生是一位斗士和勇者，她通过采访幸存者、查阅档案资料以及实地考察与研究，极其翔实地记录了日本军队残暴、灭绝人性的屠杀行动，以悲愤的笔触揭露了世人所了解的南京大屠杀、日本占领下的南京、对日本战犯的审判、幸存者的命运等鲜为人知的情节。
这本书是关于南京大屠杀这段恐怖历史的权威之作。我们要感念张先生将这段历史带出暗箱，感念她越过千山万水去寻找那么多的证据，感念她为那些苦难的人们进行勇敢地控诉，感念她让这段鲜为人知的黑暗历史广受关注。
2004年11月9日，她因难以承受的巨大的精神痛苦，开枪自杀，结束了自己36岁的年轻生命。
