letter-spacing: 2px; margin-top: 8px; margin-bottom: 8px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>机电工程系注重师资队伍建设，着力打造高水平、专业化教师教学创新团队。现有专任教师35人，其中高级讲师16人，讲师9人，具有硕士研究生学历的11人，省级教学能手2人，市级教学能手3人。专业课教师中，“双师型”教师达到了89.5％，另外还有来自于企业的技术专家和能工巧匠充实教师队伍，拥有一支专兼结合、结构合理的“双师型”高素质教学团队。近三年来，教师先后在国家级、省级刊物上发表论文25篇，主持和参与省级课题研究6项，参编出版教材2部。在省级教学比赛及教研成果评比中，获省级一等奖6个，二等奖5个，三等奖23个。</span></p><section style='color: rgb(50, 50, 50);
