15px;'>培者于理，训者重毅，学者由心，我们培养大家自主学习、自我完善的习惯。6月12日，为加强管理知识，由临床药学室申秋萍药师给我院药师团队从制度、流程、监管等抗菌药物管理几个方面进行培训，重点是抗菌药物使用强度的计算方法、国家政策要求、药师如何监管、如何合理用药干预、运用临床科室运行数据，理论联系实际。通过学习，在场的药师，对联合用药、超疗程用药、超剂量用药等几个因素容易导致使用强度升高有了明确的认识，表示在窗口调剂及点评干预中，找到了工作的着力点。</span></section><section 15px;'>创建三级医院，需要严格对照评审标准，按照评审细则要求一一落实，药事组条款中抗菌药物管理方面是一大模块。药事组通过自查发现问题立即整改，对抗菌药物排名靠前的科室，“面对面”督导发力，“实打实”整改落实。抗菌药物使用除管理制度之外，药师的基础知识、发放药品合理性判定、点评的合理性干预，都需要我们与政策、与原则要求紧密联系、严格执行。</span></section><section
