按照新《标准》信息显示，电梯费、公摊电费将合并入物业费内，不再单独收取，停车服务费将下调。目前高层住宅物业服务费标准为一级物业现行收费标准为1.5元，拟执行的收费标准为1.8元，二级物业由1.2元升至1.5元，三级物业由0.9元升至1.2元，等外由0.7元升至0.9元，新标准包含电梯费、公摊水电费。多层住宅物业服务费标准一级物业将从0.45元升至0.55元，二级物业将从0.4元升至0.5元，三级物业收费将从0.35升至0.45元，等外由0.3元升至0.4元，新标准包含公摊水电费。从拟定标准来看，一费制后高层住宅小区物业费有所下降，下降范围在0.15元到0.25元之间。以高层住宅为例，建筑面积为120㎡的一户业主，按现行物业收费二级服务标准每年费用为:120mX1.65元/m月X12月/年=2376.00元/年，按一费制拟收费二级服务标准每年费用为:120mX1.50元/m月X12月/年=2160.00元/年，一费制标准比现行标准每年结余物业费:2376.00元-2160.00元=216元。而一费制后多层住宅收费标准基本不变，不过具体收费标准因等级划分不同也有所差别，具体实施情况有待商榷。
以室内二类停车场服务收费为例，车位服务费也由130元/月调整为40元/月。按现行室内二类车场服务标准号年车位费为:130.00元/月X12月/年=1560.00元/年。一费制室内二类车场服务标准每年车位费为:40.00元/月X12月/年=480.00元/年。一费制标准比现行标准每年结余车位服务费:1560.00元-480.00元=1080.00元。
由此可见，建筑面积为120㎡的一户业主，按拟执行的“一费制”标准，每年可结余物业费和车位服务费约1296元。物业服务费、停车服务费均有所降低，可见调整后将会让绝大部分业主受益。
然而现实并非如此！ 新标准下来了，每平方1.2元，原来电梯费0.41元/平方、公摊电费每户年一百多，管理费0.9元/平方，新旧对比每平少1角多，一年省二、三百元，费用是低了。 我们小区也通知实行一费制了，但是大家不是很认可。认为我们小区服务质量和收费标准严重不符，大家怨声载道。反对的声音占绝大多数，支持的声音似乎没有听闻。这个制度显然是公平公正的，也是合理性的，但是在执行过程当中，某些小区或许还是存在一定的漏洞。估计只有等到收费标准和服务标准一致的情况下，大家才能够认可。任何一项新的措施的实行，必然是有一个漫长的接纳过程，期待这个好政策能够逐渐落实下来，让大家都能够满意。 新洲物业到现在都没有通知，业主问了几次都是说走流程，期待一个好的结果！支持一费制，我们也不要沾光，只要实事求是，符合真实情况来收取就好！
政府行文明令规定: 物业“一费制”十月一日起实施。各小区物业费好像普遍都提高了一个等级，至于服务原旧无促未见起色……我感觉“上有政策，下有对策”。个人观点，仅供參考！ 没有变化，业主在群里问了好多遍，物业都不回应，只不过听一朋友说，好像车位费降了，这两天准备去物业问问，我们车位费太贵了，我们都交到年底了。 我家物业费挺贵的，现在还没有什么变化？如果实施了物业费下调或者公共收入可以抵物业费，那真的太好了。我觉得那么早就应该实行这样的政策，让我们得到有益的权利，让我们减轻负担就真的太好了，总之对我们好，我们都支持 如果能减轻物业费，或者有好的，我也非变化，我觉得我挺支持的。但是现在还没有得到通知。现在的物业费挺贵的真的都快承受不起了。我觉得这个事一定要管一下，让物业不要那么猖狂。把物业费下调这个规定绝对支持。 我们小区还是和以前一样收费希望渭南市有关部门联合检查所有物业收费标准最好的办法就是暗访摸排不能流于形式 做表面文章敷衍了事忽悠人民群众 唉，，羊毛出在羊身上。。没有最多只有更多。。物业的等级不知道是谁说了算？买了车位再来个车位管理费？？？买了房子。。又来个物业管理费。。。？？那一样不要钱？？只有空气！ 以前是1.2。最近也没去，不知道是啥情况，也不知道涨价了没。去物业都是每次要买电费的时候去一次。基本上都不去，物业费都是半年交一次。希望物业都能按实际情况收费，毕竟大家都不容易。其实我还是喜欢农村生活，啥费用没有。 渭南城区物业“一费制”已实施，我们小区物业服务没有什么变化，红头文件说是执行了，但是总费用没有少，服务项目多了一些，暂时没有用上，期待早日完善相关程序，物业可以更好服务小区 省上两年前已经出台一费制物业政策了，渭南市推迟到今年九月份出台。对于我们业主来说，我们处于劣势，质价相符才是最重要的，物业公司不能只收费不服务，或者服务标准达不到相应资质要求。与以前相比，物业费没有什么变化，只是把单价提高，取消电梯费等等。唯一的要求就是物业公司切实提高物业服务质量，严格执行资质规定的服务内容和品质，更好的为广大业主做好服务。 渭南城区物业“一费制”已实施，我们小区物业没有便宜，反而贵了60元，服务项目多了几项，个人感觉服务还是比较满意，花钱购买好的服务，安全居住就行了，对于物业服务恳请领导重视一下 是啊，为难实行了一岁制，我家的物业费涨的很不少，问题是就没有见服务提升了多少，还是五千六千扫一次地，更不要说其他服务了，对于很多的物业公司，就是一个福利直接涨价了，但是服务并没有提升 法苑小区物业说“法苑小区是老小区不实用一费制，新小区实用一费制”，咱也不懂，不知道是政策，还是对策 目前为止没有得到什么变化通知 没有任何变化，更贵了 好好管理一下吧 如果物业能够严格按照标准执行，那就是好事。可惜啊。。。 不知道，还么去看，也么收到通知啥的，下个月再去看 没有变化，强烈建议有关部门如大宣传，加强检督检查，把好事办好，使每个群众享受到党和园家的关怀不渭南发展带来的红利和权益。 不清楚呢，目前还在单位院子里窝着呢，开发商的房子谁知道什么时候能盖好，慢慢来呗，不着急的。
