letter-spacing: 0.544px; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); visibility: visible;'><section style='margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;outline: 0px;visibility: visible;'><section><section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>近日，市公安局交警支队对全市公路客运交通安全进行了暗访，发现部分客运车辆在运行过程存在驾驶人拨打电话、玩手机、驾车不系安全带、乘客未系安全带等交通违法，存在严重的安全隐患。现将对涉事企业及驾驶人的处理结果予以曝光，请广大客运企业及驾驶人引以为戒。同时，提醒广大群众乘坐客运车辆自觉做到规范使用安全带，最大限度保障出行安全。</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>1、合阳县交通客运有限责任公司驾驶人王某违法行为及处理结果</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'></span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>（1）违法事实</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>10月28日14时25分，合阳县交通客运有限责任公司王某驾驶陕EA4168号客车，由合阳发往洽川，发车时车辆驾驶人未提醒乘客系好安全带，行车途中驾驶人王某多次使用手机进行通话或玩手机，严重妨碍安全驾驶。</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>（2）处理结果</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>合阳县公安局交警大队根据《道路交通安全法》第62条规定，对驾驶人王某作出罚款200元，记3分的处理。</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>合阳县交通运输局对所属企业（合阳县交通客运有限责任公司）法人进行了约谈，责令陕EA4168车辆驾驶人王某停止参与营运工作2日，接受专门学习培训教育。依据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》第二十一条、第九十七条、第一百零二条规定，对涉事企业处1000元罚款。</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>合阳县交通客运有限公司针对发生的交通违法问题召开了安全管理专题会议，对全体驾驶人进行安全教育，并对违法的驾驶人王某依照企业内部管理规定处500元罚款。</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>2、渭南汽车运输（集团）有限责任公司违规违法行为及处理结果</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'></span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>（1）违法事实</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>10月28日17时40分，渭南汽车运输（集团）有限责任公司驾驶人孙某陕EA1441号大型客车，由潼关开往渭南途中，载客14人，仅有3人系安全带，驾驶人未提醒乘客系好安全带，且其本人使用安全带不规范（安全带未插入卡槽）；10月29日16时16分，渭南汽车运输（集团）有限责任公司驾驶人王某驾驶陕EC8291号大型客车，由渭南行驶至白水途中，载客14人，其中2人未系安全带，驾驶人未提醒乘客系好安全带。另该车行驶至白水河大桥段，车辆监管系统报警，涉嫌超速行驶。</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>（2）处理结果</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>高新交警大队已向渭南汽车运输（集团）有限责任公司下发了《整改通知书》，并调取了车辆动态运营监控平台10月份车辆行驶数据，发现预警信息中还有涉嫌超速2次，未系安全带2起，驾驶人接打电话9起、抽烟9起，对发现的交通安全隐患，高新交警大队已将有关情况函告辖区交通运输部门，要求严格依法处理。同时，对驾驶人孙某依据《道路交通安全法》第51条，作出罚款50元的处理。</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>渭南汽车运输（集团）有限责任公司针对发生的问题召开安全管理专题会议，下发了《关于对车辆信息动态监控违规车辆的处理通报》，对全体驾驶人进行安全教育，对涉事驾驶人王某、孙某进行了约谈，并作出停止参与营运工作2日的处理决定。</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>3、蒲城县通达客货运输有限责任公司违规违法行为及处理结果</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'></span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>（1）违法事实</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>10月29日11时14分至12时35分，蒲城县通达客货运输有限责任公司驾驶人陈某驾驶陕EB1789号客车，由渭南开往蒲城途中，驾驶人未系好安全带（安全带未插入卡槽），且行车途中多次使用手机，严重妨碍安全驾驶。</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>（2）处理结果：</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>蒲城县公安局交警大队向蒲城县通达客货运输有限责任公司下发了《整改通知书》，并将有关情况函告县交通运输局，建议严格依法处理。同时，对驾驶人陈某依据《道路交通安全法》第62条，作出罚款200元，记3分的处理。</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>蒲城县交通运输局已对通达客货运输有限责任公司进行了约谈，对违法驾驶人进行了批评教育。</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>蒲城县通达客货运输有限责任公司对驾驶人进行了约谈教育，并依照企业内部安全管理规定对其处100元罚款，暂停参与营运工作5日的处理决定。</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>下一步，我们将建立有奖举报机制，着力在全市形成公路客运交通安全齐抓共管的工作格局，全力营造公共出行交通安全环境。</span><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.544px;'></span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px;text-align: right;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>2023年11月5日</span></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section style='font-size: var(--articleFontsize);margin-bottom: 8px;text-align: center;'><span style='font-size: 10px;'>来源：渭南公安交警</span></section><section style='font-size: var(--articleFontsize);margin-bottom: 8px;text-align: center;'><img src="https://www.yewn.cn/data/attachment/forum/202311/04/085442lccixjdzdig22252.png"></section><p style='text-align: center;'><span style='font-size: var(--articleFontsize);letter-spacing: 0.034em;'></span></p><p style='display: none;'><mp-style-type data-value="3"></mp-style-type></p></div>
