margin-top: 8px; margin-bottom: 8px;"><span class="wxart_image" wx-style="display:inline-block;"></span></section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">自项目执行以来，依照《渭南技师学院2014年国家级高技能人才培训基地建设实施方案》，我院有序扎实开展高技能人才培训基地建设，围绕机电设备安装与维修、汽车运用与维修、应用电子技术、焊接技术4大专业，开展以专业建设、课程体系建设、教材开发、师资建设、培训装备和能力评价等为内容的高技能人才培训体系建设，效果突出、成果颇丰。</span></section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">一方面是技能人才培训能力的大幅提升。学院不断加强校企合作和教学模式改革，形成了“校企双驱、全程链接”的特色鲜明的高技能人才培训模式，各专业教学团队教学教改能力大幅提升，特别是创新开发的各种课程资源，充分发挥了现代信息化教学手段的优势，极大提高了培训教学效果。另一方面是对区域经济社会的贡献指数大幅攀升，不仅培养和输送一大批高素质技术技能型，还与中联重科、长庆油田、宝鸡吉利汽车、蒂亚新能源汽车等企业建立紧密的合作关系，为企业培训在职职工，同时加强区域校校合作，与渭南师范学院签订“渭南师范学院大学生职业技能培训基地”，实现经济效益和社会效益的“双赢”。<br></span></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span class="wxart_image" wx-style="display:inline-block;"></span></section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">经过专家组评审合议，在验收意见反馈会上，专家组对我院高技能人才培训基地项目建设取得的成果表示了充分肯定，希望我院进一步规范专项资金管理，严格按照项目预算执行专业建设，加大高级工层次人员培训，校企共同参与制定人才培养方案、开发教材，不断完善培训体系，提高专业教师技能操作水平，进一步加强与企业的长效合作机制，增强满意度调查，推广新的教学理念与方法、更好地发挥高技能人才培训基地的作用，总结项目建设经验，发挥引领示范，增强学院办学实力，扩大学院影响力，培养更多高技能人才服务区域经济建设。</span></section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">学院项目组将根据专家组反馈意见和建议，认真总结，整改提高，完善项目建设制度，改进提高项目建设思路，努力把后续的国家级、省级高技能人才培训基地建成标杆，发挥更大的引领示范作用。同时以高技能人才基地建设推动学院“双示范”、“双优校”建设和内涵提升，为区域培养更多高水平、高素质技能型人才，助力区域产业升级、经济发展。</span></section></section></section></section></section></section><p style="outline: 0px;
