height: 1px;"><br></section></section></section></section><p style="margin-top: 8px; margin-bottom: 8px;"> 树立安全防范意识，构建平安和谐校园。为进一步提高全院师生的紧急逃生技能，学会使用消防器材，普及消防安全知识，提高风险防范意识和自救互救等突发事件应变能力，12月20日下午，渭南技师学院与高新消防大队联合举办消防应急疏散演练活动。渭南技师学院党委书记曲志勇出席并宣布演练活动开始。党委副书记、院长张君升担任本次演练活动总指挥。党委委员、副院长胡忠民，党委副书记蔡小伦，党委委员、副院长张卫龙、石晓兰，党委委员、总会计师邢毅，渭南高新区应急救援中队指导员冯帆，副站长魏晨曦，学生处、保卫处全体人员，2022级1500余名学生参加活动。活动由保卫处处长李向阳主持。</p><p style="text-align: center; margin-bottom: 8px; margin-top: 8px;"> 随着仕园二号学生公寓释放烟雾，拉响警报，消防疏散演习活动正式拉开了帷幕。面对“火情”，公寓值班人员立即拨打119火警电话，保卫处、学生处立即启动校园突发事件应急预案，公寓管理员果断拉闸断电，打开通道门。正在楼内生活的二百余名师生低头弯腰，模拟用湿巾捂住口鼻，按照预设的疏散路线迅速有序地撤离，到达指定疏散点集合后，楼层教官完成人数清点、汇报工作。消防战士到达现场进行火情侦察后，拉警戒线，立即进行“模拟”灭火行动，现场真实还原了火灾现场实况。演习中，冯帆就参与此次活动的消防车辆、消防设备及紧急逃生注意事项进行了讲解，李向阳普及了火灾疏散逃生、紧急避震逃生时的注意事项，演练活动井然有序，增强了学生自救自护的安全意识，达到了预期的消防安全教育效果。<br></p><p style="text-align: center; margin-bottom: 8px;"> 疏散演练结束后，渭南市高新区消防大队消防员讲解了灭火器的正确使用方法，对灭火器的构成、灭火原理及使用时的注意事项进行了科普，让全体师生快速以口诀的形式记住使用灭火器的技巧：一摇、二对、三拔、四压。之后，多名学生代表进行了消防灭火器的现场实践。<br></section><p style="text-align: center; margin-top: 8px; margin-bottom: 8px;"> 张君升作总结讲话，对此次演练活动的开展给予了充分肯定，对渭南高新区应急救援中队的参与表示感谢，他指出此次演练活动准备充分，组织有序，整个过程快速，安全，有序，同学们反应迅速，听从指挥、服从管理，有序逃生意识强。他强调安全责任重于泰山，重视安全是我们每个人的义务，也是我们每个人的责任，广大师生要加强安全知识学习，爱护学院消防安全设施，提高自防自救本领，在内心里真正做到警钟长鸣。学院相关部门要加强与属地消防等部门的联系，建立科学规范的联动机制，将“人防、技防、物防”相统一，常抓不懈，防患未然，把学院的各项安全管理工作做的更好、更扎实。以消防应急疏散演练为契机，总结经验，把安全隐患消除在萌芽状态，把安全工作做好、做实、做细，为全体师生建立起“平安、和谐、舒心”的学习和生活场所，保障全院师生生命安全，维护学院安全稳定。<br></section><p style="text-align: center;
